Νεόδμητη κατασκευή, φανταστική θέα από το μπαλκόνι βλέπεις τον Παρθενώνα, εξυπηρετικότατη η οικοδέσποινα και το προσωπικό σε οτι ζητας, ήσυχη περιοχή και εύκολη και γρήγορη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο με οτι μέσο θέλεις.

Aufgrund mangelnder Sauberkeit und unerwartetem Lärm leider eine Enttäuschung.
Pros:

Die Lage ist durchaus ansprechend - zu Fuss sind Sehenswürdigkeiten in ca. 20–30 Minuten erreichbar. Direkt nebenan befindet sich eine Bäckerei, was das Frühstück angenehm unkompliziert macht. Zudem verfügt die Unterkunft über einen Balkon sowie einen TV mit YouTube-Zugang.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft war leider sehr schmutzig - Böden, Wände und Geschirr in inakzeptablem Zustand (siehe Fotos). Wenigstens das Bett war sauber. Das Badezimmer wirkt auf den Fotos hell und freundlich, in der Realität gibt es darin jedoch nur eine einzige Lampe, die direkt hinter dem Boiler verbaut ist, so dass man sich kaum im Spiegel sehen kann. Obwohl die Lage eigentlich ruhig wäre, störten mehrere Hunde aus der Nachbarschaft, die sich gegenseitig regelmässig anbellten, wobei hier der Gastgeber natürlich nichts dafür kann. Insgesamt wirkt die Unterkunft in der Realität deutlich weniger wohnlich als auf den Fotos.

Perfect
Pros:

Everything was perfect, its was very clean and the host was very cool and answers all requests.
Bus at 2 mins from there and athens center is about 10mins walking, for us, we didnt really had to use bus.
I highly recommend.

Un lugar muy tranquilo para hospedarse, a 10 minutos caminando está una estación de metro, a 3 estaciones de la acrópolis.

Tiszta, modern apartman jó elhelyezkedéssel, a központ könnyen elérhető.
Pros:

Nagyon kellemes szállás volt Athénban. Az apartman egy modern, új építésű házban található, mindössze néhány kilométerre a városközponttól. Minden tiszta, rendezett és jól felszerelt volt, a be- és kijelentkezés pedig zökkenőmentesen ment. A környék nyugodt, ugyanakkor a belváros könnyen megközelíthető. Kiváló ár-érték arány, bátran ajánlom mindenkinek, aki Athénban keres kényelmes szállást.
