Confortable stay in Athens, close to the city center!
Pros:

The apartment is very comfortable! The location is convenient, within walking distance of the city centre and close to the metro. Many places around for food and groceries! The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable.

Valeu o custo benefício!
Pros:

O apto é exatamente como está na foto super confortável. Tem um pequeno fogão, geladeira, ferro, TV, uma cama de casal e um sofá cama. Para que gosta de andar à pé dar para ir a até a Acrópole. E bem próximo do apartamento tem algumas lanchonete, inclusive que fazem entrega à domicílio.

Διαμόρφωση χώρων, αισθητική, το ότι είχε στον επάνω όροφο το κρεβάτι. Ήταν υπέροχο το διαμέρισμα, με μεγάλα παράθυρο και ωραία μπαλκονάκια για πρωινό καφέ έξω.

Pros:

Ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά, πολύ καθαρά, και κοντά στο κέντρο, πήγαινες παντού με τα πόδια είτε το μετρό.
Πολύ ευχαριστημένοι μείναμε, μόνο ένα μικρό ελάττωμα βρήκαμε.

Cons:

Δυστυχώς δεν είχε καθόλου καλό ίντερνετ, θέλαμε να ανοίξουμε laptop (για δουλειά) αλλά μας πετούσε συνεχώς όπως και στο κινητό , εάν διορθωθεί αυτό θα είναι από τα καλύτερα καταλύματα που έχω επισκεφθεί !

Ένα όμορφο και προσεγμένο δωμάτιο αρκετά κοντά στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, σε κάθε περίπτωση VFM
Pros:

Ολοκαίνουργιο δωμάτιο σε μια πρόσφατα κτισμένη οικοδομή. Προσεγμένο και καλά εξοπλισμένο. Για το καλοκαίρι έχει μεγάλο μπαλκόνι που μπορείς να πιεις τον καφέ σου. Υπήρχε εσπρεσσιέρα με κάψουλες, βραστήρας, τοστιέρα, φούρνος μικροκυμάτων και ένα μεγάλο ψυγείο.
Βρίσκεται σε καλή περιοχή με κατοικίες, όπου δεν νιώθεις καμία ώρα του 24-ωρου την παραμικρή ανασφάλεια περπατώντας στα στενά. Η Ακρόπολη και το μουσείο της είναι στα 20 λεπτά με τα πόδια και σε 30 λεπτά το Σύνταγμα, ενώ δίπλα είναι το Α' Νεκροταφείο στο οποίο αξίζει μια επίσκεψη. Μετρό στα 5-6 λεπτά (σταθμός Άγιος Ιωάννης) και στα 3 λεπτά λεωφορείο για το κέντρο. Μοναδικό πρόβλημα το αρκετά δύσκολο παρκάρισμα. Στα τρία λεπτά υπάρχει φούρνος (Bakery) που λειτουργεί και την Κυριακή, με μεγάλη ποικιλία σε είδη που μπορείς να πάρεις για να φας πρωϊνό. Στα 600m supermarket.
Η άνεση για τρία άτομα είναι ικανοποιητική. Το ίδιο δωμάτιο για δύο άτομα είναι πολύ άνετο.

Cons:

Ίσως η θέρμανση στο λουτρό, το οποίο δεν φαίνεται να θερμαίνεται με κάποιο τρόπο. Εμείς πήγαμε αρχές Μαρτίου και και δεν χρειαζόταν θέρμανση αλλά πιθανόν τον χειμώνα να χρειάζεται.
Η επικοινωνία με τον διαχειριστή/ιδιοκτήτη του δωματίου γίνεται μέσω αυτοματοποιημένου συστήματος και ίσως να μην είναι και η πιο άμεση.

Ήταν πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά,το δωμάτιο καινούργιο ,βολικό και πεντακάθαρο.. απολαύσαμε την διαμονή μας και η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν ευγενεστατη..θα το ξανά επισκεφτούμε σίγουρα..!!
