Pros:

Had such a great stay at Hotel Millenia. The pool area was absolutely beautiful and the views from every part of the hotel were amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Such a relaxing atmosphere and a great place to unwind — would definitely stay again!

Cons:

Only down side to the stay was the beds were way to firm

Lack of communication for the heat pump. We got it there and report the heat pump was leaking, being stayed for five nights still not fixing it. Reported on the first day till the last but was no action.

Tidy and welcoming visit. Had what you needed.
Pros:

The staff were so kind and happy and very welcoming, and the pool was great to have in the hot weather. The aircon was well used and needed.

Cons:

Not much, it wasn’t obvious what activities were happening around town and we missed a few things because we didn’t read the book in the room early enough.

It was fair for the price so for large family trips I would stay there again but not work trips
Pros:

Room was not as nice as I expected for a deluxe room. The breakfast was very basic had no Island dishes like sua fai vaisale or koko laisa.
