Had so many near misses they need to install a light there for safety especially at night. Over priced and the breakfast was far from acceptable in food quality and what was provided. This place really needs serious attention and maintenance work.

Excellent customer service by workers, but need some updates/upgrades to the rooms.
Pros:

The view of our room was great, the staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs

Cons:

That it didn’t have a microwave, also the beds were a bit uncomfortable, as well as no house keeping during our stay, there were clean towels provided and top up of toilet papers but floors weren’t swept or mopped throughout our whole stay there

The location is ok, though the lack of a sidewalk on the hotel side of the road is weird. There were some large covered sitting areas and the pool looked pretty nice.

Cons:

So ... many ... things. The lack of room service. The mold everywhere in the bathroom. The restaurant food. The industrial unuseful staff. Never again.

I would stay there again - solely for location
Pros:

I like the size of the room and the balcony and the lovely foliage and scenery from unit. I liked the spacious dining area though furniture was very outdated... The foyer was nice. And spaciois and it was quiet.

The beds (mattress) were too hard
The fridge was a good size but not a single fridge rack or shelf to use the space.In the fridge.
Shower and shower mat not very clean
Room service very poor. They told me at checkout that we would get a room clean done 3rd day there... Nothing until I went down on 5th day... No brooms or cleaning gear there as I would have cleaned myself.
The walking up stairs became a Bit difficult sometimes.
Breakfast was not really that nice.
