The airport shuttle service to and from Faleolo International Airport will incur an additional charge:

Pros:

i was on walking stick my room catered for my needs although was hard to get to breakfast and bar the staff were really helpful and very kind a little early but they checked me in early and i was so happy with the reception staff they too were very kind and very accommodating i was very thankful the bar staff were very helpful and made me very comfortable the breakfast crew were very helpful and so kind finally i was very happy with the hotel shuttle to the airport all in all hope to see you again very soon faafetai lava

i ordered room service sandwich and chips vegetarian but got bacon i re ordered but the order never came but thankful i wasnt charged for it just a little glitch and possibly room clean every 2nd or third day if possible

My last time to stay here.
Pros:

Pool is nice, wifi in my room was mostly unavailable. At times I could get it on the balcony but nothing last two days. Room was never cleaned unless I asked for it to be. I keep it tidy but with the please make up room sign on, it got cleaned once in a week and only because I asked for coffee. My 2nd time to stay here, think it will be my last.

Wifi, cleaning of rooms.

Loved our stay and would book again next trip !
Pros:

Love the location and cleanliness. Worth the money spent and pool was cleaned almost everyday when my boys swam in it . Beds could’ve been abit more comfortable but other than that loved how our rooms were cleaned when asked and how spacious the rooms were for my family . Highly recommend

Not good
Pros:

My daughter likes the pool but after a few days they did not clean the pool so we opt not to swim.

Cons:

They don't clean the pool daily. Everything has a price including vinegar and chilies. They do not change the menu for daily breakfast, lunch or dinner. Limited options. I requested for transport transfers from airport to hotel but they did not arrived. Apparently, the staff that confirmed my booking did not endorse to other staff.

Pros:

Had such a great stay at Hotel Millenia. The pool area was absolutely beautiful and the views from every part of the hotel were amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Such a relaxing atmosphere and a great place to unwind — would definitely stay again!

Cons:

Only down side to the stay was the beds were way to firm
