What a fantastic hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. We were made to feel special and it felt like an oasis. Absolutely everything in the hotel was exceptional and the staff were amazing. We will always choose to stay at this hotel when we are in Ioannina. It was exceptional.

Μου άρεσαν τα πάντα. Από τη διακόσμηση, το προσωπικό, το εστιατόριο, το πρωινό μέχρι τα φανταστικά στρώματα στα κρεβάτια, τα τέλεια απαλά σεντόνια, οι αφράτες πετσέτες. Πολλά συγχαρητήρια στην ιδιοκτησία και την διεύθυνση του ξενοδοχείου. Είστε παράδειγμα προς μίμηση! Θα τα ξαναπούμε σίγουρα! Σας ευχαριστούμε για όλα!

Right at the city old town, in a historic building, which made it a great location. Parking is a couple of blocks away, but there is a mini bus transfer available. Nice breakfast selection. Staff were really pleasant.

This hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Truly 5-star service in every way — the rooms, food, drinks, staff, and attention to detail were all exceptional.
The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and incredibly well thought out. Every little detail was spot on, and you can tell how much care goes into making the experience special for guests.
Do not miss the restaurant! It was honestly some of the best food we had in town. The food and drinks were fantastic, and our bartender, Constantino (I believe that was his name!), was incredible. He made our evenings so much fun and took such great care of us.
The front desk staff was also top-notch — welcoming, professional, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. The level of service throughout the entire hotel was outstanding.
If you are visiting this area, this hotel is an absolute must! Everything exceeded our expectations, and I would stay here again without hesitation. 10/10 — book it!
