The room overlooked a noisy street
Stoes is an exceptional property steeped in history but transformed into a contemporary delight. The staff are equal to the property and respectful to the history offering a short historical tour so that you really feel their respect and love for the place. It was the most comfortable and professional property I stayed in throughout my three weeks in Greece. The location was superlative to match the property and staff and was Offered a truly amazing upgrade which reached way beyond my expectations. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfasts too were superior. I have already recommended the property to friends who travel to Greece each year and actually made my booking based on very discerning friend's who had been equally impressed when they stayed.

Our 4th visit to Stoes - says it all! Such a lovely boutique hotel. The old building has been beautifully renovated. The unique rooms all have everything. We stayed in the presidential suite this time - just wow! The restaurant is really good too and it’s nice not to have to leave the hotel to eat if you don’t want to. The location is right in the heart of Ioannina - you really couldn’t find a better location. Much better than being behind the castle walls, which we have done in the past too. Staff are all really friendly and helpful. We don’t often leave glowing reviews but this hotel really does deserve it. It’s also rare in Greece to find this kind of quality and attention to detail.

Accueil à simplifier et à mettre au niveau du standing : lourd, sans prise en compte réelle du client (on vous fait remarquer que du café est offert, un petit biscuit, des boules de bain à disposition - de mauvaise qualité d’ailleurs - … alors que vous avez tourné en rond 1 heure pour trouver le lieu et que tout cela est bien normal à ce niveau de prestation).
Il faut traverser la zone fumeur pour aller au quartier VIP.
La baignoire dans la chambre VIP pourrait être plus grande.
