Everything: the historical building is breathtaking and was very tastefully modernised and decorated.
The room was beautiful, a perfect mix of old and new, very well equipped and very comfortable.
The personnel were very welcoming and made us feel at home.
Breakfast was generous and delicious.

We stayed at Stoes Boutique Hotel for five days, from 4 to 9 August 2026, and our experience was truly unforgettable.

From the moment we stepped through the door, we knew we had discovered somewhere very special. This beautifully restored listed building has remarkable architecture and stunning décor, with every detail thoughtfully designed with exceptional taste and respect for its history. The rooms transport you to another era, perfectly combining authentic character with every modern comfort.

The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable, both in our room and throughout the hotel. We also greatly appreciated being collected from the hotel’s private parking area, which made our arrival and departure especially easy and comfortable.

The breakfast was wonderful and perfectly matched the high standards of the hotel—generous, beautifully presented and prepared with excellent-quality ingredients. The food is also well worth experiencing: exceptionally refined, carefully prepared and something you simply should not miss during your stay.

We loved our experience so much that Stoes Boutique Hotel has become a reason in itself for us to return to Ioannina!

Finally, our heartfelt thanks to the entire team for their warm, courteous and highly professional service. From the first moment until the very last, they made us feel genuinely welcome and took care of every detail of our stay with a smile and sincere attention.

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING

Εξαιρετικό περιβάλλον, που αναδεικνύει την πλούσια ιστορία της πόλης, με άψογες παροχές, ευγενέστατο κι εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό , φιλόξενο και με επαγγελματισμό.
Η γαστρονομία σε πολύ υψηλό βαθμό, το κάνει μοναδικά ξεχωριστό!

Super mooi boutique hotel in het centrum van de stad, je loopt zo naar de winkels en het meer. Super vriendelijke mensen die hier werken en het eten zowel het ontbijt als het avondeten was heerlijk. Ik denk één van de beste restaurants in Ioannina. Wat ook erg pettig was dat het hotel een eigen parkeerterrein had wat 2 minuten lopen is maar als je koffers bij je hebt halen en brengen je zelfs daar naar toe. Het gebouw zelf heeft veel geschiedenis en wat leuk was dat we bij aankomst hier ook een korte uitleg over kregen.

The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. The hotel is in a perfect location and is housed in a beautifully renovated historic building. It has retained its original character while offering all the modern amenities you could need, creating an ideal balance between history and comfort. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the room was very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.

Everything about this hotel stay was very elegant. The location was perfect for walking around in the part of town that was a tourist destination in itself. The hotel was absolutely surrounded by charming shops, streets and restaurants. The hotel building is a historic renovated structure that retains much of the original atmosphere. The staff were all ever so helpful and professional. I hope to visit again.
