The room was taken for three ppl as per the pics there was one Queen bed to be given and one single bed. I showed the picture to the manager. He said it’s not my problem. Booking.com has put wrong pictures and we have told them we had to share three single beds in that room, matter was very uncomfortable. And the worst thing is the manager refuse to even admit that it’s their fault. He blamed it completely on Booking.com. I don’t know whether it is Nahar Heritage is fault or Booking.com, but I guess you guys should actually sort this out.
The above, whatever I have written, I did not like that about the property. There is nothing that I actually lied about the property apart from the location.
The art deco style was certainly a big plus of the hotel, but without any maintenance , everything is falling apart
The Pictures in Booking are NOT the same than the room you will get.

Very bad experience i didn't expecting this 😕 even I was regret for this Hotel n for money i was waste my money for this Hotel room, this room n facilities are very very disappointed n also this hotel's services are so slow n staf was very lazy 😢

Fan switch was broken and we couldn’t fix it. And we couldn’t adjust according to our need.
Room was not dusted properly, i got skin rashes.
Entrance sewage was leaking and it was stinking.
The location of the hotel is very good.. .
The central AC was not working, and the fridge was not working even after replacement. The intercom in the room was not working.
