A very special place
Pros:

The setting was incredible
The property’s reserve was amazing
Staff were all so lovely and friendly
Food was good
A very authentic expensive
Well located to get to Salento and Cocora Valley

Cons:

The rooms didn’t really live up to the photos. Our room had bad damp in it and we had a dehumidifier on the whole time. The rooms lacked much style or charm they were too simple - they needed prints on the walls or a rug or a chair or something to make them more homely. Bathroom wasn’t great either

Las instalaciones espectaculares. El lugar es mágico

Cons:

Llegamos y las habitaciones no estaban listas. No había toallas en los baños. El personal del hotel con muy buena disposición pero se nota poca experiencia y preparación para atender. Para el precio del hotel falta manejar mejor el nivel de detalles en la atención. Tiene mucho potencial el lugar pero falta.

La ubicacion, inmejorable, lejos del ruido
El personal, lo mejor del hotel, sin ellos no seria lo mismo. Todos muy especiales
La casa y el entorno, los jardines, todo nos encanto
La comida muy buena

Cons:

Lo unico que no estuvo del todo bien fue un almuerzo en el que pedimos hamburguesas y aunque la carne estaba de muy buen sabor, estaba demasiado dura y muy seca.

El lugar es hermoso

Cons:

El personal esta muy disperso, no se oberva que se tenga estandarizado quien recibe a los huespedes, dar indicaciones sobre actividades a realizar.. se llega con mucha expectativa por las campañas de marketing pero estan desconectadas con el personal, incluso algunas de las ofrecidas en página web ya ni existen

No one to greet us for check in - told us to 'come back tomorrow'.
Cons:

We arrived at 11 pm, and there was no one to greet us. We contacted security and were told that we should 'come back tomorrow'. I explained we had only booked for one night. We ended up having to get a taxi at 11:30 pm after finishing a hike to another accommodation. There was no real engagement or apology after, even despite being charged half the price of our stay. I spoke to the hotel the following day, and they told me that they thought I would be a 'no show', yet no real effort was made to contact me beforehand or to explain that check-in had to be done before 10 pm. Considering they had my details, their lack of communication was shocking.

Fabuleux !
Pros:

Endroit fabuleux ! Loin des touristes et dans un cadre de verdure luxuriante !
Les chambres sont magnifiques , le personnel est adorable et les repas sont excellents !
Je recommande vivement pour visiter cette très belle région ! (En plus on peut faire un tour avec l’âne pour faire une visite dans la montagne et voir la belle cascade )
