Pros:

From check in to check out, the staff at Emerald was fantastic. We were able to drop off our luggage and head to their cafe for a free welcome Freddo Cappuccino (highly recommend). Since we were there early, we explored the local shops until getting a WhatsApp message our room was ready for us. The location of the hotel is spectacular and is at the heart of the town. It’s still on a side street so noise wasn’t too much of an issue. The room was beautiful and they had a whole host of amenities for us to enjoy. They arranged a transfer to the port for our ferry to Santorini and it couldn’t have been more seamless. Highly recommend to anyone visiting!
