Amei a hospedagem e toda a experiência! Me senti em casa, em um ambiente muito confortável, acolhedor e bem cuidado. A anfitriã é extremamente prestativa, atenciosa e um amor de pessoa. Com certeza voltarei e recomendo de olhos fechados!

Very good to excellent!
Pros:

Very friendly & hospitable staff. The man speaks English. He is European and not Brazilian. The owner is Brazilian but very nice & hospitable. Bathrooms have very high quality electric shower heads with variable temp hot water. The building has 29 stores, the water pressure at the tap is excellent. Overall a very high quality resort for a very modest price.

Cons:

In Brazil houses are not buit for functionality. Especially the wall power outlets which are located in unconvenient locations and are fewer than I saw in the US. They cannot match the US standards of confort, though they are getting closer.. Very pleased with this resort.
