I rarely leave reviews like this, but our stay was an absolute disaster from start to finish.

It began with the airport pickup; the driver was over an hour late, leaving us waiting around with no communication. When we finally arrived, we were told the room we had specifically booked and confirmed had been rented out to someone else. We were shoved into a "replacement" room that was nothing like what we paid for.

The quality of the accommodations is bottom-tier:

Cleanliness: The room was visibly unclean upon arrival.

Build Quality: Everything feels cheap and poorly maintained; the build quality is honestly concerning.

Amenities: Despite booking for two guests, we were only given one towel.

Connectivity: The internet caps at 3 Mbps and is intermittent.

This place is poorly managed and lacks basic hospitality standards. Save your money and book somewhere else.

we stayed 3 days at the pyramids land palace its the perfect choice if you want to visit the grand egyptian and the pyramids. The exit of the Pyramid complex is only 5-10miute walk from the hotel. Kind people. Clean Rooms. Good food. 5/5

UNFORGETTABLE DELIGHT

This was an absolute delight of an all too brief a stay!
Welcomed warmly by 'Medi' in a spotless small foyer. Shown to an equally spotless room - then drew back the curtain.
Breathtaking!!
Although dark outside, there were the pyramids, tastefully and subtlety illuminated under a starry sky. Really an unparalleled experience. All amenities that, during this trip (3 locations) had been scarce, were provided: toiletries, comfortable clean beds, ample storage space with hangers, tea & coffee facilities, fridge, hairdryer. The breakfast included was tasty and ample with yoghurts, eggs, pastries, delicious tea and coffee, croissant, breads, all on the rooftop terrace - with that outstanding view and delivered by the charming, friendly, smiling Mohammed.
The street view was alive with local life - the behind the scenes action of the pyramids side show - the camel owners, horse riders, rickshaw drivers - it was rustic, smelly (of course - animals tend to be!) but a wonderful glimpse into the daily buzz of Giza. This was the best of our three stay locations. Cannot recommend enough!

Cons:

The puddles outside and dubious 'mud' - not compatible with open toed sandals! The highly inflated price they charged for wine. A bigger balcony would have been better, but not complaining. Lastly, a little milk in the fridge also would have suited European tastes better.

Excellent value with the best view possible.
Pros:

View is amazing. Staff is very very friendly. Room was very comfortable and clean. Decoration and details are good. Building in great conditions and balcony is a plus. Terrace is another plus. The cost of the hotel over compensate the street issue.

Cons:

Location is close to key places but unfortunately is in a smelly street due to horses and camels in front of the hotel but it is a safe area even it doesn’t look like that. We walked at night from Rooftop 7000 and no problem at all. Many areas in Egypt are with garbage and smelly. Breakfast very simple but good enough.

Pros:

Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve ilgililerdi. Otele gece erken saatte gitmemize rağmen boş oda sağlayıp ilgilendiler. Odada wifi sürekli kopmalar yaşadık. Odaya ayakkabı ile giriliyordu terlik olması güzel olabilirdi. Havlular kirliydi fakat söyleyince hemen ilgilendiler. Yine gelsem tercih edeceğim yer olabilir teşekkür ederiz 😇

Pratique et correct
Pros:

La vue sur les Pyramides et le Sphinx, et donc la proximité de Gizeh (entrée à 10 petites minutes à pied). Une literie très confortable. A la fois le calme du lieu et l'activité des chameliers et des cavaliers qui se pressent alentour pour accueillir les visiteurs.

Cons:

La salle de bains : le volume du ballon d'eau chaude est bien trop limité pour une douche quotidienne, même rapide, pour une famille de 4 personnes. Le petit-déjeuner nous a laissé dans un entre deux : une apparente abondance sauvée par une petite omelette servie chaude et des feuilletés. Jus d'oranges pressées en extra.

Gyönyörů kilàtàs a Piramisokra,a szobàból, az erkèlyről ès a tetőteraszròl. Tiszta, modern,ùjèpitèsü hotel. Nagyom baràtsàgos ès segìtőkèsz szemèlyzettel. A tulajdonossal első nap talàlkoztunk.Nagyon meleg baràtsàgos fogattatàsban volt rèszünk tőle is.
Èttermük is van a tetőteraszon,egyszerű,megfizethető àron lehet egy ètlapról vàlasztani. Friss grillezet koftàt ès grill csirkèt ettünk. Szuper volt!
Megszerveztèk a 3 napos kairòi kiràndulàsunkat,sajàt túravezetőt kaptunk, sőfőrrel ,büfès ebèddel mindennap.A reggeli mindennap bősèges ,vàlasztèkos ès friss volt.Imàdtuk! Sosem èheztünk ès minden szuper izletes volt ! A belèpőket magunknak fizettük ,de nagyon olcsò volt mindenhol. Transzfert biztosìtottak oda- vissza a reptèrről. Igazi VIP vendègnek èreztük magunkat.
Pàrèven belül vissza fogunk jönni ,remèljük akkoràra màr magabiztosabban fognak fogadni minket.Szèp a hotel,szuper az elhelyezkedèse, csodàlatos a szemèlyzet. Csak ìgy tovàbb!

Az àgymatrac nagyon kemèny volt,nem volt rajta matracprotector sem,ami nem túl higènikus,plusz a matrac is gyorsabban tönkre megy.Sajnos a sèrült vàllamnak nagyon nem tett jòt.
Nèhàny dolgot a karbantartóknak megkellene javitani a szobàba,fűrdőszobàban, sajnos az aprò dolgok rontjàk a hotel minősègèt.
A takarìtó mindennap ùgy összepakolta a dolgainkat a szobàba,hogy alig talàltuk meg este.Főleg a fèrjem bosszankodott miatta. Az iràny jó a housekeepingnek ,csak kevesebb szemèlyes dolgot kellene elpakolnijuk.
Csak 1 kèztörlö ès 1 fürdőtörölköző ès egy bath math jàr 2 emberenek. Normàl esetben 1 kèztörlő a fürdőszobàba ,1 bath math ès 2 - 2 kèztörlő ès fürdőtörölköző szokott lenni mèg a B&B hotelekben is. Mi kèrtünk mèg egy garnituràt ,nem volt gond utàna.
Ùgy vettük èszre,hogy nagyon segitőkèszek ès baràtsàgosak a dolgozòk de mèg gyerek cipőben jàr Egyiptomban ez a fajta vendèglàtàs. Kèrni,kèrdezni kell,mondani kell mit akarunk akkor minden iformàciót megosztanak velünk.Sajnos ezt az utolsò előtti napig nem tudtuk,- túravezető vilàgosìtott fel minket.
Jò tanàcs azoknak akik túravezetőt fogadnak,a reggeli indulàsi idő egyeztetèsnèl beszèljètek le a reggeli időpontjàt is,hogy mikorra kèrìtek ,mert idő kell az elkèszìtèsèhez, utàna csak a túravezető bosszankodàsàt nèzhetitek ,hogy nincs idő oda èrni a piramisokhoz. Sajnos mi 2- szer is kèsve indultunk emiatt.A recepciòn sem figyelnek erre oda , remèljük lesz majd ebben is több rutinjuk a közeljövőben.
Ezek csak aprò dolgok ès visszajelzès a hotelfelè,- remèlem elolvassàk- jò ùton jàrtok,de ezeket az aprò hibàkat korrigàljàtok akkor a boutique hoteletek az egyik legjobb lesz Gizàban.Ezek a dolgok nem rontottak a nyaralàsunk minősègèn. Visszafogunk jönni mèg,mert szuper a hotel ès csodàlatos emberek dolgoznak itt.
