Food option was great. Room was excellent as well.

Cons:

A kid’s play area could have made my kid’s life easier but I understand it’s a business hotel. So, it’s okay.

Good clean rooms and good F&B service. Front office duty manger are too stern and wouldn’t try and talk to the booki

Good clean rooms and good service at restaurants and bar.

Cons:

At checkin staff were stern and wouldn’t accept a cancellation of one night and didn’t speak to Booking.com to adjust the cancellation, as many hotels do after speaking to the Online booking portal.
