Excellent location, great team, breakfast and room.
Pros:

The location was very close to my office and not far from the airport. The breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of fresh and well-prepared options each morning. Throughout my stay, the staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive, always willing to help with any request. I would especially like to recognize Riya, whose friendliness and exceptional customer service stood out. Riya made the checkout process smooth, efficient, and genuinely pleasant, leaving a very positive final impression of my stay. The combination of great hospitality, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere made my experience both comfortable and enjoyable.

This Hotel can not be considered a 5 Star hotel property. very poor service

Cons:

Bad Food, unprofessional behavior of management staff specially night duty resident manager at reception.

Poor reception at hotel door, we dragged our luggage by ourselves.

Not worth the uncourteous staff and policies where minds are not applied.
Pros:

allowed to check in, thanks to not let me wait till check in time but paid my price so there is nothing to like on this booking.

Cons:

charged for 1.5 days stay charges for a 12 hours actual stay
simple ridiculous and guest manager Riya is a joke to the role and communications.

The front desk staff a bit slow and cold and buffet in the morning was good but the staff was all over the place our faratha took over 30 mins to come as the waiter seems to have forgotten our order

Great place to stay near airport but need few improvements
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They made us feel welcome and very comfortable.

Cons:

There were flies in the Cosmo restaurant and the walk in shower was not draining properly.
