El aseo y el mantenimiento
Está ubicado a 5 minutos del centro de Santa Rosa, el ambiente es natural.
El servicio al cliente es mínimo, es difícil comunicarse con alguien del hotel, las instalaciones les hace falta mantenimiento y limpieza a las habitaciones y el baño. No informan que el desayuno es el restaurante pasando la carretera de alta velocidad, lo que se ve en las fotos no es real.
El entorno está rodeado de naturaleza.
*El aseo del baño de la habitación muy deficiente.
*Para llegar al servicio de desayuno hay que desplazarse a un restaurante vecino, con el riesgo de accidente por atravesar una carretera muy transitada.
