Το δωμάτιο είναι όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες. Πήραμε το τρίκλινο με θέα και είχε υπέροχη θέα στην θάλασσα, ήταν πολύ καθαρό και η κυρία που καθαρίζει και γνωρίσαμε ήταν πολύ ευγενική. Τα σεντόνια και οι πετσέτες ήταν καθαρά.
Δεν μας άρεσε το γεγονός ότι δεν υπήρχε καμία φυσική παρουσία εργαζομένων στα διαμερίσματα, δεν υπήρχε ρεσεψιόν. Για κάθε συνεννόηση ακόμα και το check in και το check out έπρεπε εμείς οι ίδιοι να τους ψάξουμε και να πάρουμε τηλέφωνο και να δούμε που θα αφήσουμε τα πράγματά μας, ακόμα για την κάρτα του δωματίου που είναι δική τους υποχρέωση. Μας είδαν κοπέλες με βαλίτσες και κανείς δεν έκανε μια ευγενική κίνηση να μας βοηθήσει με τα πράγματα στις σκάλες αφού δεν υπάρχει ασανσέρ. Δεν υπήρχε κάποιος να ρωτήσουμε πχ. για το ερκοντίσιον το οποίο στην αρχή είχε μπλοκάρει και το γεγονός ότι σε ένα θερινό κατάλυμα δίπλα στις παραλίες δεν υπάρχει μια απλώστρα ή δύο σχοινιά να απλώσεις μια πετσέτα ή ένα μαγιό είναι απαράδεκτο. Το αποκορύφωμα ήταν πως όταν στο τέλος της διαμονής μας θέλαμε για λίγη ώρα να αφήσουμε κάπου μια βαλίτσα και μια τσάντα για να μην τα κουβαλάμε στο χέρι σε όλη την πόλη μέχρι να φύγουμε με το ΚΤΕΛ, στο τηλέφωνο μας είπαν πως δεν υπάρχει δυνατότητα να αφήσουμε τα πράγματά μας, ενώ ξέραμε πως υπάρχει ένα αποθηκάκι και γινόταν να τα κρατήσουν. Προφανώς πήραν τα χρήματα και μετά δεν τους ένοιαζε να μας βοηθήσουν. Αφιλόξενοι λοιπόν και σίγουρα δεν άφησαν μια θετική εντύπωση. Όταν ονομάζεις "luxury" τα διαμερίσματα σου, πρέπει να είσαι luxury σε όλες τις υπηρεσίες, όχι μόνο στην αρχιτεκτονική εντός του διαμερίσματος.
This room was ok for a short stay, the room is not big as it seems at the photos. We stayed at room with the view in the road because its wasnt obvious this at rooms description. Luckily it wasnt too much noisy, possibly because of the month of our stay(September)
In general was a nice stay but no for more than 2 days. the room was clean but there was some spots, mainly at wc which needed more carefully cleanliness
The facilities that mentioned at description wasnt available, there wasnt slippers (when we asked for them the answer that we provided until august :/ ) there wasnt netflix connection (when we asked about that they never answered to our demand) and the wifi was completely no exsistent)
It will be nice if there was at the room at least 2 glasses for drinking water, and a water boiler it will be desirable)
In overal we believe from our experience that they made a good work when they build the rooms but they dont make a special try to maintain the rooms condition. Ending guests facilities and customer service, especially the welcoming needs remakable emprovement

La posizione è più che centrale: attorno all'alloggio ci sono bar, ristoranti di ogni genere, gelaterie e molto altro. Abbiamo trovato parcheggio a pochi passi

Rispetto alle recensioni precedenti possiamo dire che la musica alta c'è in tutta la cittadina e proviene da numerosi locali diversi quindi si sente in ogni punto della città
It was clean
The room was tiny, with no wardrobe or extra blankets or pillows, and there was no reception. WORST of all - our room was located directly above a bar with music BLASTING until 3 AM – impossible to sleep. When i told the supervisor to change my room, the reaction was that all are the same and there will not be a problem for the next night... Guess what...
I went to sleep in my car because I had to drive 600km the next morning so I couldn't afford another sleepless night.
NIGHTMARE, so disappointed!
Other than that Greece is a beautiful country, Vourvorou was amazing and people were great, but this place........
Definitely not a place for rest.

Su Booking non era specificato che le camere si trovano al primo piano sopra un disco bar con musica ad altissimo volume fino alle 4 del mattino, rendendo impossibile dormire. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare: a parte il cambio asciugamani, non sono state fatte pulizie durante il soggiorno. La struttura non ha una vera reception, il che rende difficile ricevere assistenza in caso di necessità. Inoltre, la cassaforte in camera non era utilizzabile. Purtroppo, l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative.

Not even a small bottle of water for a welcome .hard thick pillows.safety exit light was so bright that i couldn't sleep

The location of the accommodation was in a good place.
Small fridge, parking.
Everything was just perfect, room was clean and sheets were smelling incredible, boast was nice and the view was absolutely beautiful, right in the heart of Neos Marmaras
