Location was convenient.
Misrepresentation of rack rates as being without AC service, and asked for escalation in rates to give Air conditioning... Booking.com had no differentiation mentioned in their details.

They are cheaters on arrival they charge extra money for air conditioning while it was already included in the package.
Reception staff behaviour is very bad. They are cheaters at booking.com they give low price to grab customers and on arrival charge extra money even for those facilities which are included in the package. e.g. air-conditioning
It was mentioned that Rooms are air conditioned but ay the moment they charged 1500 extra for the ac. Such a pathetic service.
