It’s very cozy. The staff “especially the owner “ is very friendly. You can find literally everything around you, and of course not very far from the airport.

Barh room not clean
No receptionist found ,Phone was no reachable, after waiting sometime I left the keycard on the reception desk
The room was spacious and clean and staff were helpful. The hotel was very good value
I arrived into the airport very late at night and unfortunately the transfer the hotel had organised was not there, the driver did not respond to my messages, and I had to take alternate transport. Then upon arrival at the hotel there were no staff present despite me communicating my arrival time in advance and confirming this could be accommodated, there was a phone number on the wall but unfortunately without a local SIM I wasn’t able to call this and had to go to the hotel next door who were able to call Nour Hotel staff who then came and checked me in.
Our experience at Hotel Nour was uncomfortable and unsettling. When we arrived, there was no one at reception—we had to call a number to reach a guy who worked there. He eventually showed up and immediately tried to overcharge us for the room we had already booked.
They said they didn’t have a card machine and told my partner to go with him to use one outside the hotel, in a nearby alley at night. He strongly insisted that I stay at the hotel while they left, which felt very suspicious. When I said I would go too, he suddenly said he could bring the card machine to us.
The room was extremely dirty, with dust everywhere and a hole in the ceiling. We only stayed one night, and I didn’t even shower because of how unhygienic everything felt.
The man at the reception the next morning seemed polite, but the experience from the night before really shook us and made us nervous about how the rest of our trip in Jordan would be.
