TANTO LA POSIBILIDAD DE DISPONER DE PLAZA DE APARCAMIENTO, COMO LA UBICACIONS DEL HOTEL ES EXCELENTE.
EL DESAYUNO ES MUY BUENO, Y EL PERSONAL QUE NOS ATENDIO EN EL DESAYUNO TAMBIEN MERECE LA MEJOR DE LAS NOTAS. MUY BUEN SERVICIO.

EN LA HABITACION NO FUNCIONABA EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO POR LA NOCHE, LO QUE ORIGINO QUE NOS DESPERTARAMOS VARIAS VECES POR EL CALOR, Y NO NOS PERMITIO UN DESCANSO MERECIDO QUE PRECISA REALIZAR UNA PERSONA.

Cobro de 200 euros de fianza

Localización y funcionalidad

Cons:

Alegando un caso de vandalismo ocurrido exigen 200 euros de fianza obligatoria. Es decir, se le da presunción de delincuencia al cliente y si no pasa nada se devuelve la garantía. Me parece intolerable y vergonzoso, además justificando el cobro por un caso puntual. Última vez.

La ubicacion excelente

Cons:

Al llegar nos dijeron que no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, encima nos ponen a la ultima planta, mucho calor.
Ya que nos avisaron en el mismo momento de hacer el check-in nos podian haber compensado por ejemplo en poder aparcar el mismo hotel, ya que no nos hicieron ningun tipo de rebaja.

Pas de commande pour la climatisation. Aucune ventilation ne sortait des bouches d'ailleurs. Résultat, soit vous ouvrez la fenêtre avec les bruits jusqu'à 2h du matin, soit vous fermez la fenêtre et vous avez trop chaud.

Lo único que puedo decir es la falta de aire acondicionado...se q es un sitio donde hace mucho frío en invierno pero ahora hace mucha calor.Y como tengo un hijo pequeño no podía abrir la ventana ya q nos hospedamos en la 4a planta y se podía asomar y es peligroso.
