Todo estupendo. Habitación, limpieza, desayuno y sobre todo el personal. Excelente.
Pros:

Este hotel me gusta mucho y ahora lo han renovado por lo menos nuestras habitaciones. Excelente cama diseño todo. Limpieza 10.desayuno muy bueno también y el personal excelente.

Cons:

Que nos cobraron una fianza que yo no tenía constancia, creo que es novedad. Hubiese llevado efectivo.
Aunque la retención en la tarjeta se devolvió muy rápido. En unas horas.

La ubicación y la habitación familiar, era muy amplia y tenía literas para los nenes.

Cons:

El bufete era un poco escaso, faltaba más variedad, debería haver alimentos sin gluten que no estuvieran congelados para no tener que pedirlos cada vez.

La amplitud de la habitación

Cons:

El mal olor de los desagües y sobre todo el cobro de una fianza en el momento del check in de la que no se informa al hacer la reserva y que hizo sentirnos como en un viaje de estudiantes. Después de dos días aún no han realizado la devolución, a pesar de indicarnos que lo harían de forma automática al haber dejado la habitación en perfectas condiciones. No me parece apropiado en un hotel de esta categoría.

Gran habitación
Pros:

La habitación familiar es enorme!! Tiene un cuarto a parte con literas, tele y baño propio y la habitación principal una cama king y tb un sofá que se hace cama.

Cons:

El wifi es muy lento, tuvimos que tirar de datos. El buffet un poco escaso y sitio pequeño para tanta gente. También es cierto que había mucha gente al ser semana santa.
