Bien ubicado, personal amable.

Cons:

Me cobraron un deposito de 200 euros, casi el doble de lo que pague por la estadía, que ni si quiera informan antes solo cuando estuve en la recepción, a cualquiera puede desajustarle unas vacaciones.

Buen hotel con oportunidades de mejora
Pros:

Habitación enorme y limpia , muy bien ubicado y muy buen desayuno

Cons:

Wifi inexistente en nuestra habitación, tienen una oportunidad muy grande de mejora en la cena y el servicio de la misma, lamentablemente no era como años anteriores

Le personnel toujours agréable, chambre spacieuse, l'emplacement, un parking privé, un petit-déjeuner avec de bons produits.

Cons:

La douche était instable, les joints noircis de moisissures, pas de brosse pour les toilettes pour le tarif et un 4 étoiles c'est à revoir. Pas de fidelisation des habitués et de geste commercial, dommage.

Nos gusta mucho este hotel y llevamos muchos años alojándonos para ir a esquiar

El desayuno ha perdido calidad (ej. zumo naranja) y falta servicio (las bandejas se terminaban más rapido de lo que se reponían).

Mucho calor en la habitación.
