Highly recommend
Pros:

We arrived in August at the height of the tourist season, communication with them was excellent from the beginning and they reserved a parking space for us.
The service was excellent, there was a problem in our apartment that prevented us from sleeping in one of the rooms, unrelated to the hotel, they provided us with an alternative room despite being fully occupied and even compensated us for the problem that arose.
Highly recommend them, the service is tested even when not everything goes smoothly.

Todo en general esta muy bien hotel reformado camas enormes y buen desayuno

Cons:

Después de las 00:00 am deja de funcionar el wifi y los que somos de fuera y no tenemos datos os quedamos totalmente incomunicados ..lo informe todas las mañanas.... 0 respuestas.. vosotros sin saber si hago algun daño me pedis 200 € de fianza ..ahora si yo pago por noche y la mitad de la noche el wifi no sirve y quedo incomunicado ... que os pido yo??

Muy buen hotel, cerca de todos los servicios
Pros:

La habitación muy amplia y limpia. La ubicación es genial, a solo una calle de la avenida principal.

Cons:

El desayuno es un poco justo y las barras de pan estaban muy duras, parecían del día anterior.

Hôtel parfait pour un séjour à Andorre
Pros:

Le personnel très professionnel, accueillant et bienveillant. Par ailleurs, le logement était spacieux, propre, récent, très bien équipé.
Les lits étaient très confortables avec des coussins parfaits (2 coussins à choisir en fonction de sa position de sommeil). L'insonorisation était parfaite vers l'intérieur et vers l'extérieur.
Enfin, sa situation géographique était idéale pour être à proximité de commerces, restaurants et activités.

Standard hotelu trzygwiazdkowy a nie cztero. Pokój okropny. Mój rodzinny pokój był tragiczny łóżko piętrowe było w ciemnym, bez okien, zamykanym osobno korytarzu. Coś strasznego!!!! Żadne zdjęcie w ofercie nie pokazywało takiej opcji. Śniadanie to horror, przy pełnym obłożeniu na tacach nie było jedzenia, ludzie stali w kolejkach, żeby zjeść cokolwiek. Stół szwedzki z małym wyborem, a to co jest ma słaby smak. Z warzyw tylko sałata.

No estaba nuestea reserva

Me gusto lo confortable que era y su ubicacion.

Cons:

Tenia reservada y pagada una habitacion y cuando llegamos no aparecianuestra reserva , la chica de recepcion nos coloco en otra habitacion pero no era la k habiamos elegido.
