In a shared room, if one of the passengers does not meet the aforementioned requirements for the exemption of taxes from the law (18% IVA), the whole room will be affected by 18% of IVA.

Pros:

Personal muy profesional, instalaciones limpias, camadas muy muy comodas, tv con muchos canales , cuanta con gym y spa ( no use sus servicios) , me encanto poder comprar una Inca.cola en vidrio con alfajor en la noche : -) ; muy recomendable.

Soggiorno perfetto!
Pros:

Gentilezza dello staff, pulizia impeccabile, colazione superba con vista sulla città (oltre al buffet vi è un menú à la carte).
Posizione molto comoda e sicura per una visita del centro di Arequipa. Favoloso!

Horrible breakfast
Pros:

The location was great, quiet and safe. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The receptionist called Miriam was very unfriendly when we arrived and also she said we have to pay immediately even we were in hotel for few nights and told her we want to pay in cash but we need first to exchange euros and would pay everything next day. Not mentioning the breakfast, in 4star hotel there should be drinkable water by reception and by breakfast. The breakfast was a la table, 1piece cheese, 1 piece of ham and 3 boiled eggs with 2 breads. When we asked for more bread and juice, the lady looked unhappy but brought it to us.I don't recommend this hotel at all especially for the breakfast.

Cons:

El trato del personal de recepción pésimo. No querían colaborar en nada. Por las noches había un ruido como si hicieran trabajos en los pisos de arriba fue muy molesto.

שהייה מושלמת, מלון מומלץ ביותר !!!

חדר נקי מאוד, מעלית פועלת, צוות קשוב ונעים, ארוחת בוקר מזינה ומגוונת.

מעט רחוק מהמרכז אם כי השימוש ב Uber זול מאוד ופותר את הדבר.
