Pros:

모든 직원분들이 너무 친절하셔서 머무는 동안 편안했어요. 페트라 입구에서 가까워 따로 택시를 타지 않아도 돼서 좋았어요. 난방도 잘 돼서 밤에 춥지 않았어요.

Excellent location and service
Pros:

Hotel better than it looks in the listing. Location is excellent, very near the car/coach park, Visitor Centre and museum. We visited during Trump/Netanyahu's attack on Iran, March 2026. Many hotels were closed due to cancellations but Edom stayed open for us. We only saw one other couple during our 4 night stay. Staff couldn't have been more friendly or attentive. Restaurant was closed but there are some good local restaurants around the corner. We left before breakfast on the last day so they made us a takeaway.

Cons:

We were on the 8th floor but dogs barking and a donkey braying during the night sounded like they were right outside the window - bring ear plugs (but that applies to everywhere we stayed in Cairo and Jordan). Not licensed but the Cave Bar is just a short walk by the entrance to Petra.

Amazing :))
Pros:

Staff at reception were very kind and so were the housekeeping. Made our stay absolutely amazing.

Cons:

The water would turn cold after about 15 minutes in the shower but it wasn’t too bad.

페트라 안내센터 바로 앞이라 다니기 너무 편했어요. 위치가 너무 좋습니다. 또한 주차장도 호텔 앞에 마련되어 있어서 렌터카 주차하기 너무 편했습니다. 직원분들 너무 친절하시고, 페트라 관련 정보도 지도로 직접 알려주셔서 편했습니다.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine ideale Lage für den Fußmarsch durch Petra. Man ist nach einem anstrengenden Tag schnell wieder am Ziel und kann die Beine hochlegen. Im Januar war es wunderbar leer. Unser Kellner Moh hat sich zum Frühstück toll um uns gekümmert, uns Panncakes zubereitet und das Buffett erklärt. Sein Foto laden wir auf seinen ausdrücklichen Wusch hoch. Vielen Dank!
