تجربة رائعة

كانت إقامتي ليلتين في هذا الفندق وكانت تجربة رائعة بكل المقاييس، فقد اجتمعت فيه جميع مقومات الإقامة المميزة.

* الموقع: ممتاز، بالقرب من بوابة البترا، وعلى الشارع السياحي مباشرة، حيث المطاعم والمقاهي والمحلات وكل ما تحتاجه على بُعد خطوات.
* الوصول إلى مركز المدينة كان جدا سهل.
* مواقف السيارات: متوفرة، وهي ميزة مهمة لمن يتنقل بالسيارة.
* الإفطار: رائع ومميز، ويستحق الإشادة.
* طاقم العمل: في قمة اللطف والتعاون، وأخص بالشكر الشاب محمد في المطعم على حسن تعامله ولطفه وذوقه الرفيع، كما أشكر موظف وموظفة الاستقبال على ترحيبهما وحسن تعاملهما.
* تسجيل الدخول والخروج: سريع وسلس دون أي تعقيدات.
* التكييف: ممتاز، ويوفر الراحة المطلوبة.
* خدمة الغرف كانوا جداً متعاونون.
* الشرفة كانت اضافة رائعة.

باختصار، كل شيء كان رائعًا، من الموقع والخدمات إلى حسن الاستقبال وكرم التعامل.

The proximity to Petra is the main appeal, it is literally 200 yards away without any hills. Great value for money, friendly and attentive staff.

Perfekt für ein Besuch in Petra
Pros:

2 min Fußweg nach Petra. Auto konnte wir morgens schon abstellen. Zimmer war klein, aber Preis Leistung ok. Frühstück überschaubar, aber für unsere Zwecke völlig ausreichend. Nettes Restaurant neben dem Hotel, da wir nach einem ganzen Tag nicht mehr kaufen konnten 😀 Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, aber auch für ein kurze Abkühlung völlig in Ordnung.

Otel konumu mükemmel
Pros:

Harika konumuyla mükemmel bir otel! Petra Müzesi’nin girişine sadece 2 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Otelin girişinde geniş ve özel bir otopark bulunuyor. Personel çok güler yüzlü, ilgili ve her konuda yardımcı oluyor. Oda geniş, temiz, konforlu ve oldukça huzurluydu; ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey mevcuttu. Otel çok sessiz ve ses yalıtımı iyi. Kahvaltıya ve ek hizmetlere çok beklentiniz yoksa yoğun bir günün ardından dinlenmek için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Wifi bağlantısı çok iyiydi.

Cons:

Kahvaltı konusunda küçük bir önerimiz var. Çeşitlilikten ziyade ürünlerin tazeliği ve kalitesi biraz daha geliştirilebilir. Bizim için az çeşit olması sorun değil; önemli olan ürünlerin taze ve lezzetli olması. Ayrıca kahvaltıda içme suyu bulunmuyordu, satın almamıza gerektiğini söylediler.
Kahvaltı 06:30’da başlıyor. Müzeye erken gitmeyi planlayan misafirler için hazırlanan sandviç seçeneğini değerlendirmenizi tavsiye ederim. Biz bu seçeneği tercih etmediğimiz için sonradan keşke tercih etseydik dedik

ペトラ遺跡ビジターセンター徒歩3分。徒歩2分くらいに飲食店、スーパー、お土産屋あり。
ペトラ遺跡の入場ならびに色々な詳細を決め細かく教えてもらい英語の苦手な私に親切、丁寧に理解するまで教えて下さいました。ペトラ遺跡へ行くのに早朝6時に行くのにブレックファーストBOXも頂き美味しく頂きました。また、私はペトラ遺跡のあとワディラムへ行こうとしておりましたがバスのチケット手配もして下さり、更にワディラム〜アンマンまでのタクシー手配まで行って下さいました。ワディラムのホテルのことまで親身になってくださり直接手続きもして下さり頭が下がりました。その中でもフロントの女性のおすすめ　ペトラ遺跡ビジターセンター徒歩3分くらいのGRILL FOOD TURUK というキッチンカーのハンバーガー屋へ行き美味しく、ボリュームがあり2回も行ってしまいました。食事する場所もペトラ遺跡の入口の絶景がありそこでの食事が楽しめました。おすすめハンバーガー屋でした。

A convenient stay in an excellent location with friendly staff, though facilities could be improved.
Pros:

The location was perfect, just a couple of meters from the Petra Visitor Centre, which made everything very convenient. The staff were also very friendly and helpful during both check-in and check-out.

Cons:

The swimming pool was out of order, the mini fridge was empty, and the TV did not have all the local channels available.
