Pros:

Nagyon szép, jòl felszerelt hotel közvetlenül a tengerparton. A szobák tiszták, jól felszereltek. Parkolás ingyenes biztosított. A tulajdonos kedves és segítőkész.

Worth every penny, but not luxurious
Pros:

For the price paid, it is worth it.
The food was alright- considering the boiled eggs, fruits, omlette, sausage, cheese.
The staff is very friendly and excellent. As we were a very big group, we were a little noisy, and the staff just mentioned it once that other visitors had issue with noise- the host was friendly.

The cleaning staff does amazing job - they cleaned the room very nicely and also organised the stuff we left hanging around.

I appreciate the service and friendliness of the staff.

If you are looking for a clean, beach front property without large facilities like heated pool and sauna, then this is recommended.

Cons:

I would have expected a better coffee machine then the one there which is based on pods. Coffee and hot drinking water availability was only during breakfast, and was not usable outside the breakfast timing.

I wouldn't classify this Hotel as a 4 star, maybe at al higher end of 2 star and lower end of 3 star.

If you are looking for a luxurious stay, this is not an option.

Funcional y cómodo, Acorde al precio.
Pros:

La tranquilidad, quizás por ser fuera de temporada estuvo mucho mas calmado todo.
La piscina muy cómoda, no tiene regulador de temperatura pero esta funcional.

El desayuno estuvo muy completo y variado.

Cons:

La metodología de pago es todo en efectivo para evitar aumento en el precio (estoy hablando de los locales de comida al rededor).

Need to make a few improvements to reach 9 or 10 but I find a 7 is pretty Accurate.
Pros:

The hotel was kept very clean throughout, including all common areas. If you are lucky enough to get one, there are also six parking spaces available in the underground garage, which is a great option for keeping your car cool and protected from the heat.

The pool was quite large and, despite being shared with two neighboring hotels, it never felt overcrowded during our stay. We always managed to find available sun loungers. The same was true at the beach, which was located directly across the road. You simply had to request a coupon at reception, which could then be exchanged for beach loungers at the beach.

One of the things we particularly appreciated was that the rooms were genuinely soundproof. Despite being surrounded by other guests, we never heard any noise from neighboring rooms, which made for a very peaceful and comfortable stay.

Breakfast, however, was more on the mediocre side. It offered the usual Mediterranean basics, but the overall quality was average and the selection was largely the same every day, with only minor changes to the sweets and fruits.

FEEDBACK / SUGGESTION: Please consider installing mosquito nets on the windows. They are relatively inexpensive and should not take much time to install, but they would make a huge difference. On our first night, we ended up staying awake until around 2:30 AM trying to eliminate all the mosquitoes in the room. We eventually had to sleep with the air conditioning on, because opening the window simply meant inviting even more mosquitoes inside. A simple mosquito net would solve this problem and allow guests to enjoy some fresh air without turning their room into a mosquito buffet.

Cons:

In the bathroom, we were greeted by a truly “marvelous” example of Safety-First Engineering: an ACTIVE electrical outlet was installed directly underneath the water boiler and right next to the shower, with absolutely no curtain or other protection to prevent water from splashing onto it during a shower. Apparently, this is not an isolated issue, as it seems that all the bathrooms in this hotel have been built in the same way.

Ironically enough, just two days after we left the hotel, a show aired on one of Albania’s national TV channels called “Albanian Marvels of Engineering” — sarcastically, of course — highlighting how electrical installations in bathrooms are still being constructed with little to no regard for basic safety standards, even in hotels. Unfortunately, our experience made that satire feel remarkably accurate.

The room also lacked a proper wardrobe or closet. What was provided was essentially just a small clothes rack, which was nowhere near sufficient for even one 23 kg piece of luggage. As a result, our luggage had to remain on the floor throughout our stay. Given that the room was already quite small, the suitcase ended up partially blocking the narrow passage leading to the bathroom, which became a constant inconvenience every time we needed to pass through.

Wir waren eher enttäuscht

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Vor dem Hotel gibt es einen kleinen, teuren Mini-Markt, der das Nötigste anbietet. An jeder Ecke gibt es Restaurants mit günstigen Preisen. Die Marina war gleich um die Ecke.

Cons:

Wir haben ein Budget Zimmer bekommen, was weder einen Balkon hatte noch die Möglichkeit bot nasse Kleidung und Badehandtücher irgendwo aufzuhängen. Außerdem gab es keinen Duschvorhang, daher stand das Bad nach jeder Benutzung unter Wasser. Richtig doof! Das Frühstück war sehr spartanisch und wurde in der Lobby angeboten. Somit hat uns jeden Morgen das Personal beim Essen beobachtet, was eher unangenehm war. Den Pool teilen sich offensichtlich drei Hotels. Ich wurde an einem Tag vom Personal sehr unfreundlich von der Liege vertrieben, weil diese angeblich zu einem der anderen Hotels gehörte und ich sie nicht nutzen dürfte. Alles war frei, niemand anderes wollte diese Liege benutzen und ich war gerade eingeschlafen, was damit doppelt und dreifach unverständlich und unangenehm war. Für die Durchreise und eine Nacht mag das Hotel okay sein, aber nicht für mehrere Tage.

Расположение , наличие басейна, первая линия , доступность к морю , маркетам и кафе . В номерах всегда чисто и современный дизайн очень радует , номера просторные , завтрак разнообразный,так же радует лояльность персонала всегда пытаются пойти на встречу и решить ваши вопросы

В целом до себя минусов обнаружено не было , иногда интернет работал слабее обычного , но я связываю это с полной загрузкой отеля , но в этом случае администрация так же старалась решить вопрос
