All in all it was a nice stay
The room is small, we had the family room with 4 beds. We did not use the outdoor terrace, because it was shared with the other rooms, so you had no privacy, would be nice with some plants or something to separate it.

Ho soggiornato al Fresh Hotel di Faliraki per qualche giorno e sono rimasta davvero soddisfatta. Era tutto perfetto, dalla disponibilità del personale alla pulizia in camera. In questo hotel troverete tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Ritornerei molto volentieri!

הג'קוזי מפנק וכיפי מאוד.
החדר היה נקי.
מיקום המלון טיפה מרוחק מהמרכז, לנו לא הפריע, הליכה של כ-10-15 דקות, או עם האוטו 3 דקות נסיעה.

New and modern facilities
TV did not work. No water or other extras provided; no ice machine accessible to guests but staff was generally willing to provide upon request.

Property was lovely, as were the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms and hotel were immaculate. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Everything!!! Mika is simply amazing!! super friendly as are all the staff such a beautiful modern hotel which in Greece is rare.
Nothing is to much to ask.
It is a short 5 minute walk to the main bars and 10 mins to the beach which was great as was lovely and quiet but close to the busy night life.
The rooms are great and modern, beds are super comfortable and the rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels, the shower is powerful and nice and hot which having been to Rhodes 9 times sometimes you cannot get hot water but this wasn't the case here.
The air con is fantastic and super quiet (light can be bright at night, but tip press the display button and it turns the light off but leaves aircon running)
The hanging lights are incredible lighting for selfies :D
As this hotel is new so there are a few touches that could make it simply incredible ie kettle tea, coffee, milk facility in the room and in desperate need of a full length mirror either behind door on wall or between bed and patio doors to be able to see your full outfit.
The breakfast option we didn't pay for a but did try it one morning but wasn't enough options, I like a cooked breakfast whilst on holiday. Pool area was great never a battle to get a sunbed. The reception is manned 24hrs and if you need taxis anywhere they will call one for you.
In short this hotel is simply amazing and with a few tweaks could be exceptional, book this hotel and you will not be disappointed!!
It's hard to write anything negative as there wasn't really anything but....... The only thing is that the cleaning staff seemed to set up there cleaning station outside my room every morning around 7.45-8am and being a very light sleeper this did give me a unwanted wake me each morning and with being on holiday would of been nice to be able to have a undisturbed lay in but it's difficult as they have a job to do.
Tea coffee making facilities in the room and a full length mirror would complete the already amazing rooms
