Every staff member I interacted with was amazing—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. I really loved the online help system, which made making requests simple and quick. Although the room I stayed in was slightly worn, it was very clean and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay overall.

Cons:

There wasn’t much that I didn’t like. If I had to suggest anything, it would be small improvements such as providing pots, pans, and cutlery in the studio rooms, especially since there is a kitchen available.
