Excelente ubicación, todo queda cerca (museos, restaurantes, etc) el personal siempre amables y atentos a los huéspedes, encantados del hotel.

Spotty No estuvo mal pero no fue la mejor opción

Me gusto el agua caliente en todas las áreas, la habitación era muy bonita, organizada bien distribuida y muy limpia, las áreas común con buen estilo para las fotos, me gusto que dan servicio de limpieza diario

Cons:

5 días de estadía y desde el primer día informe y reporte que el microondas no funcionaba, tomaron el reporte y tuve que informar durante los próximos 4 días y ya el último día lo cambiaron, luego de a ver pasado la mala experiencia de comerme varias comidas frias por no solucionar esto, también el televisor es muy viejo y muy lento y sistema operativo discontinuado no es la TV que debería de a ver en un lugar tan hermoso.

La struttura è sempre presidiata dalla sicurezza e ci sono i tornelli in entrata ed uscita, accessibili solo con la tesserina.
Il personale è gentile.
La colazione è buona, in parte a buffet e poi preparano sul momento omelette.
La stanza è esattamente come viene descritta, la nostra aveva anche un angolo cottura.
La vista della nostra camera era sul Monserrate!

Buen lugar, servicio cuestionable
Cons:

Llegamos el sábado 13 de dic, el sanitario de la habitación tenía un daño y al primer uso se atascó, solicitamos que nos reubicaran mientras solucionaban el inconveniente pero nos dijeron que no porque debían verificar que el daño no hubiera sido causado por nosotros.

Después de 3 horas de reportar el incidente enviaron a la encargada de limpieza, la cual realizó la asepsia del baño pero no logró solucionar el atasco.

Durante nuestra estancia tuvimos que hacer uso de los baños públicos del hotel, por lo que estábamos limitados a los horarios en los que estaban abiertos.

El lunes 15 de diciembre, cuando ya estábamos de salida, aparece el conserje para revisar el daño, lo cual es inaceptable.

Consideramos que pudieron habernos ofrecido otra acomodación mientras solucionaban, pues el daño no fue causado por nosotros.
