Great staff, Great Hotel!

Comfortable two-week stay with attentive service and plenty of on-site amenities

My wife and I enjoyed a two-week stay in Room 420, which had a balcony overlooking the leafy courtyard—a lovely spot for morning coffee or an evening drink. From check-in to check-out, the Gaia team was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist.

Highlights:

Clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping kept our room and the common areas spotless throughout our stay without disrupting us.

Delicious and convenient dining. A plated breakfast is included daily (fresh bread, cornbread, chocolate croissants, olives, and eggs), and the restaurant opens for dinner with a solid menu. The woodfired pizzas were our favorite.

Reliable essentials. Strong air conditioning and steady Wi-Fi made July heat manageable.

Things to note:

Evening music. The bar’s playlist goes until around 1 a.m., so light sleepers might prefer rooms farther from that side of the building.

Events on-site. The hotel occasionally hosts weddings and other functions, which can make things lively for a night. During our stay, a three-day artisan exposition brought some crowds, but everything settled down after events ended.

Bottom line:

Hotel Gaia was clean, welcoming, and well-managed, providing exactly what we needed for our extended stay in Nabeul. We’d gladly return.

Sauberes Zimmer, auch wenn das Hotel hinter der imposanten Fassade des Eingangsbereich etwas weniger luxuriös ist, als man es beim Hereingehen erwarten würde. Bspw. war die Tür zum Badezimmer keine wirklich verschließbare Tür und die Eingangstür zum Zimmer klemmte etwas. Das Bad wird außerdem beim Duschen regelrecht überschwemmt.
Dafür war alles sauber (inkl. Hotelpool) und die Mitarbeiter (insbesondere das Reinigungspersonal sehr freundlich).
Das Frühstück war nichts besonderes, aber völlig okay.
Wir blieben vier Nächte, wovon drei absolut ruhig waren, während eine (Sonntagabend) sehr laut war, als habe es eine Party mit lauter Musik in der Lobby gegeben. Hat uns jetzt aber nicht sonderlich gestört, sodass wir uns auch nicht beschwert haben.
Positiv hervorheben möchte ich noch die ausreichenden kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Hotel und den in meinen Augen absolut angemessenen Preis.

Style de l'hotel se rapprochant d'une maison et personnel très sympathique

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Gaia ist empfehlenswert. Eine stillvolle und zeitgemäße Ausstattung, sowie hilfsbereites Personal zeichnen die Anlage aus. Für die Zukunft, würde ich mir gerade in den Wintermonaten einen Indoor-Jacuzzi wünschen.
