Cairo da vivere
Pros:

Ottimo hotel per visitare le piramidi del complesso di Giza che sono molto vicine e visibili dal rooftop dell’hotel. Ma anche il centro del Cairo e il Cairo copto sono raggiungibili in auto facilmente. Lo staff è stato molto gentile (anche se inizialmente avevamo avuto una impressione “strana” a causa dello smarrimento del mio telefono poi fortunatamente ritrovato da un ragazzo dello staff e da li ci siamo ricreduti). C’è più di una persona che è attenta al benessere e alle esigenze degli ospiti. la colazione viene servita tipica, con la scelta di una bevanda calda, tutto molto buono e preparato al momento anche se noi italiani per troppi giorni consecutivi abbiamo un po’ patito la mancanza di un buon cornetto. L’hotel offre anche un ottimo servizio transfert da e per l’aeroporto con un driver simpatico e disponibile. Noi abbiamo avuto anche l’occasione di richiedere transfert privato per una giornata e ci ha accompagnato nei luoghi di nostro interesse con gentilezza e su nostra richiesta ci ha portati anche per pranzo in un locale tipico non turistico ottimo. Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima giornata. Le camere sono belle, ben arredate e abbastanza nuove, vengono pulite solo su richiesta degli ospiti.

Parfait ! Je reviendrai sans hésiter

La gentillesse du personnel ! Diia est un homme extrêmement gentil serviable qui fait attention au moindre détail, il a vraiment rendu notre séjour agréable. La vue sur le rooftop pour le petit déjeuner ou le coucher de soleil est incroyable !!! Le chef s’adapte en proposant des petits déjeuner qui vous corresponde. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins ils viennent vous demander si tout va bien de façon très agréable sans être intrusif ! L’hôtel est très propre la literie est confortable, les salles de bain sont très jolies

Pros:

Clean comfortable and good value for the money. Close to the pyramids... I walked back to the hotel after visiting them.

Cons:

There was a little pressure from the staff to buy tours through them but aggressive selling is a part of life here. When I needed more drinking water they wanted to charge me 50 for a bottle that I found in the market for 5 and restaurants charge 20. Oh well.

Stay at pyramids sunrise
Pros:

I booked 2 rooms , Double and triple beds.
The reception staff was so friendly, the rooms was clean and newly refurbished. The beds are comfortable.
Breakfast was nuce no much variety, set Menu either Oriental or Intercontinental, many thanks to Yousef he was so helpful and cooperative. The pyramids view on the roof was wonderful.

Cons:

The Location is 15 minutes away from Grand Egyptian museum, but far from city centre and New cairo.. Room service needs little improvement . There was no iron in the rooms, No Safe, no bath robes, no toothbrushs, toiletries was only soap and fixed refillable shampoo container, otherwise every thing was nice.
