Atenção dos funcionários, todos prestativos e com sorriso no rosto!!! Roof top com vista muito legal, pirâmides e pôr do sol. Restaurante bom. Quarto espaçoso, confortável e sempre limpo.

Pros:

Breakfast was good, had a reasonable selection. All quite tasty. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Took their driver for airport transfers and he was fabulous! (this is an extra charge) Would stay here again.

Wonderful , friendly staff, great clean and tidy rooms

Clean, and so welcoming from the moment we stepped into Pyramids sunrise inn. The staff were super friendly and helped us book a private car and tour. The breakfast on the terrace was fantastic, the view was amazing and the freshly prepared omelettes were a favourite for us. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this to family and friends . Anises on reception was fantastic as-well as the evening staff, super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The recommended Nile crystal dinner cruise was not nice as some of the chicken served was red raw. Which later caused the family members who ate with stomach upsets.

The Hotel location is perfect for a quick access to the pyramids and GEM - Just a few minutes car drive. The roof bar is also great to give you some views while resting after an exhausting day! The staff and the owner are very kind and truly care about their guests. 100% recommend

Avsides och inte så välkomnande hotell nära pyramiderna.
Pros:

Det serveras ingen frukostbuffé på Pyramids sunrise, man får ett urval av främst arabiska smårätter. Det var ok/bra, men det var en delr jag saknade. Apelsinjuice t ex, som man kunde köpa till för ett par dollar (!). Men det värsta var att frukostrummet ligger på hotellets tak och är öppet för vind och kyla, så här års ligger morgontemperaturen på ca 10 grader. Så alla satt med tröjor och täckjackor på.

Cons:

Värmare i frukostrestaurangen! En tråkig sak som jag inte kan minnas nämndes i beskrivningen är att hotellet är alkoholfritt, så att få ett glas kallt öl efter dagens strapatser är omöjligt tyvärr. Dessutom ligger hotellet väldigt isolerat, så det finns inga affärer eller restauranger i närheten. Det finns en kioskliknande butik några hundra meter bort, men dom måste man ge sig över en hårt trafikerad väg utan övergångsställen. Och göra samma livsfarliga manöver på tillbakavägen. Till sist: Personalen är inte särskilt trevlig, många förestår inte engelska och damen i receptionen prånglade på oss en fruktansvärt dyr transport till Stora Egyptiska Museet, den konstlade lika mycket som alla våra övriga Uber-resor tillsammans.
