the staff is really nice and they really try their best
the shower and sink were broken; one morning at 7am one of the staff tried to come into our room cause they had mixed up something. Also, the cleaning staff is a bit loud early in the mornings and with thin walls it's not great if you want to sleep.
Also the location is not great. All the uber drivers try to scam you there - when we moved (yes we left the hotel early and moved elsewhere) to another part of the city, no driver tries to scam you.

The hot water didn't last that long - we were three sharing a room and it ran out during our showers.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was really nice from the moment we arrived. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, and I would especially like to thank Diaa, who supported us throughout our entire stay and made sure everything was perfect.
It was my daughter's birthday during our visit, and the team went above and beyond by decorating the room beautifully and even celebrating with us on the rooftop, which made the experience extra special and memorable.
The hotel was very clean, and the food was also really good. Overall, the staff truly helped make our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!
