We had a wonderful stay. The best part is the incredible views of the pyramids, both by day and by night. The rooms are very comfortable and the people are lovely: the managers and all the staff were incredibly kind and looked after us every minute of our stay.
The hotel also offers tours and airport transfers, which helped us a lot. If you are visiting Cairo, definitely stay here.

Très bon hôtel, confortable
Le rooftop est très agréable, avec la vue sur les pyramides, et le petit déjeuner oriental ou européen qui y est servi est extra. Le personnel est très agréable, sympathique et prévenant. Nous avons fait organisé des visites avec succès, même à la dernière minute.
Le manque de choix pour le repas du soir. La carte était très correcte, mais ce qui y figurait n'était souvent pas disponible. Les fenêtres des chambres sont mal isolées, les bruits de la route ne nous ont toutefois pas dérangés.
روعه وهدوء المكان وحسن الاستقبال وخاصة الاستاذ يوسف في قمه الروعه ذوووووق وخلوق ويلبي كل طلباتي وايضاً اخص بالشكر استاذ احمد مدير الفندق لذوقه العالي وحيث انه أعطاني غرفه كبيره ببلكونه مطله علي الاهرامات بدون زياده في السعر الإفطار في غاية الروعه حيث انه في الرؤف الجلسه تأخذ العمل وأخص بالشكر الاستاذ عمرو الخلوق المحترم حيث يلبي كل الرغبات وأشك طاقم الكافتيريا بشوشين الوجه والمشروبات راءعه
المكان في غاية الروعه داءما محل اقامتي في كل زياره للقاهرة

L'hotel e' come da descrizione. Staff estremamente gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un paio di inconvenienti e ci hanno assistitito egregiamente.
Consiglio di migliorare la colazione, in quanto c'era molto poco di dolce. Su richiesta ci hanno portato frutta, yogurt e cornetti. Quindi sono stati molto pronti e gentili a soddisfare le nostre esigenze

The staff was very accommodating and friendly and always looking for my comfort and needs! It looked like it was run mostly by women which is refreshing! The absolute best thing about it is the rooftop restaurant where you get phenomenal views of the pyramids. Strongly recommend you book your stay here!
La struttura sembra una rarità rispetto agli altri alberghi vicino. È fuori dalla vita ‘movimentata di Giza’ , ma offre una vista meravigliosa delle piramidi sia la mattina che la sera. Personale cordiale ed adatto a tutte le tue esigenze. Consiglio di sfruttare la fantastica terrazza.
La struttura è molto valida, ma le strade sono molto trafficate e si sente un po’ di traffico la sera, ci si deve abituare. Consiglio di prendere le camere che non affacciano sulla strada, tanto le piramidi si possono vedere dalla fantastica terrazza.
The staff were so accommodating, helpful and polite. Loved their rooftop lounge! They also set us up with a ride to see the pyramids as well as pick us up!
