A éviter, hôtel surclassé, mal situé malgré la vue. organisation défaillante non professionnelle
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner servi (inclus) est égyptien (omelette légumes viande etc ..) il faut réclamer un petit déjeuner continental fait à la demande avec du temps ...... et le jus de fruit est facturé à la fin du séjour comme boisson supplémentaire.

Cons:

- transfert hôtel - aéroport, normalement inclus, payant 30 $ donc non utilisé (utilisé booking),
- emplacement médiocre (certes on voit les pyramides mais elles sont à 5 kms. Hôtel situé sur un grand axe routier bruyant même la nuit, impraticable à pied car déconseillé) et rien à proximité, ni commerce, ni restaurant)
- Arrivée par Vol Air France de nuit, arrivée à l'hôtel à 2h du matin, il faut payer la totalité du séjour à l'arrivée (pas courant)
- douche froide car il faut brancher un chauffe eau dans la salle de bain (aucune explication écrite bien sûr) ce que nous saurons 24h plus tard.
- le ménage dans la chambre n'est fait que sur demande (répétée mais inefficace) ce pourquoi nous avons contacté Booking par téléphone au bout de trois jours.
- restaurant ( 2 essais : le premier, du boeuf trop cuit à la place du mouton commandé, non facturé ouf) le second pizza nulle laissée dans l'assiette. De plus sans alcool, même hors ramadan, non précisé à l'avance.
Bref, cela vous pourrit le séjour de 7 nuits

Pros:

L'hotel ha una struttura nuova (ristrutturato da poco quindi si google troverete immagine ante ristrutturazione), accogliente con personale molto disponibile.
Nonostante affacci su una grande strada le camere sono abbastanza insonorizzate, il rumore non porta a notti insonni.
La vista è magnifica si vedono le piramidi perfettamente.
La struttura offre anche tours, però non so come siano dato che noi ci siamo affidati ad un'altra organizzazione.
La reception H24 permette di avere sempre qualcuno a disposizione per qualsiasi evenienza.
Anche lo staff del ristorante sempre cordiale e socievole pronto a cercare di esaudire ogni tua richiesta.
Il cibo è molto buono e preparato sul momento eccetto i dolci che vengono consegnati all'hotel in caso li doveste ordinare.
Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene e sicuramente consiglieremo questo hotel

Cons:

In generale non ci sono lati negativi, l'unica cosa che voglio far presente è che differentemente dall'Italia la circolazione stradale è lasciata al libero arbitrio quindi non è possibile uscire a piedi, a meno che non siate particolarmente coraggiosi.

Bien mais bruyant
Pros:

L hotel donne sur une avenue très bruyante. Pas isolé, on est bercé par les klaxons a toute heure.
Chambre confortable mais douche bouchée.
Taxi proposé a 30$ beaucoup trop cher par rapport a Uber.
Par contre personnel au top! Service super, réception adorable. Restaurant au rooftop extra.

Great family holiday break stay when visiting Giza!
Pros:

The staff were very professional and kind, efficient and friendly. The property is a great location if u want to spend few days visiting the Giza valley close to all the activities and even close to the Great Egyptian Museum. You can uber , tuktuk or even local bus it back and forth . The property is well built , nicely decorated and even has its own souvenir shop inside! The rooftop restaurant has a fantastic panoramic view and it invites you sit and enjoy the incredible view. The breakfast is fantastic - it offered us a set menu of traditional Egyptian breakfast including unique bean dip, delicious falafel, pita bread, omelette, fresh fruit and baked goods and hot chocolate! It was very satisfying and good value for money.

Cons:

The room needs a little more attention to detail regarding cleaning but the room was very spacious with all

Nous avons séjourné dans cet établissement et nous en gardons une excellente impression. La note de 9/10 reflète pleinement la qualité de l’expérience vécue.
Le personnel s’est montré particulièrement aimable, disponible et attentif à nos besoins tout au long du séjour. Leur professionnalisme et leur sens du service ont réellement contribué à rendre notre passage agréable.
