Que debería tener in armario a la entrada para meter el tendedero, escoba, recogedor y fregona, y no que esta en la terraza. Deberían poner estropajo y balleta, pues aunque hay lavavajillas, a veces es necesario

Happy Holiday in Xania
Pros:

The apartment is well equipped, conveniently located and managed by helpful and attentive staff. They were welcoming and always willing to offer information and support. We were very pleased with the facilities provided and the apartment was kept very clean. Bottled water was thoughtfully left for us in the fridge. As well as being a short walk to Chania town, a beach and restaurants, there are pick up points for excursions nearby, so if you want to plan activities, this is also a good place to be.

Pros:

Our experience was excellent overall. Everyone was courteous and very helpful. A minor technical problem occurred, but it was handled right away. I will definitely return in the future.

Pros:

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit sehr geschmackvoller und hochwertiger Einrichtung und tollem Komfort.

Fantastische Badezimmer !!!

Sehr guter Supermarkt im Haus.

Cons:

Kleiner Kritikpunkt:
Die Couch im Wohnzimmer war extrem durchgelegen.
Ein richtiges Schneidebrett für dich Küche wäre noch gut.

Ansonsten eine hervorragende Unterkunft!

Modern apartment in a great location with excellent staff; temporary construction nearby.
Pros:

The place was lovely and had everything one could need for a comfortable stay. The apartment was modern, clean, spacious, and felt brand new. It included thoughtful extras such as toiletries, a small hygiene kit, an iron and ironing board, bathrobes, and a well-equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, utensils, and cookware, even a small bottle of olive oil, which was a very nice touch. The bedroom also had blackout blinds, which made sleeping very comfortable. The balcony with a table and chairs was great, and the location was excellent: a small convenience store right below the apartments, a five-minute walk to the beach, and plenty of lovely restaurants nearby.

The staff were wonderful; always easy to reach via WhatsApp, quick to reply, and very helpful with booking taxis, restaurants, and other arrangements. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

Cons:

The only downside was a construction site next door, which caused some noise and dust during the last two days of the stay. This may be something to be aware of for guests who are sensitive to noise; however, it is temporary and will no longer be an issue once the building work is completed.
