Las vistas y ubicación del hotel.

Cons:

A nuestra llegada, la recepcionista nos habló de manera desagradable. Tampoco nos gustó que el suelo de la habitación estuviera tan sucio.

Creo que la hace falta mantenimiento, hemos encontrado que la silla del escritorio tenía la tela muy deteriorada con manchas o suciedad y la bañera no funcionaba lo del hidromasaje, el niño tuvo que hacer las burbujas con las manos, adicional a esto en la zona del desagüe unas manchas amarillas que parecían suciedad pero creo que era algo que han dejado caer como si fuera pegante o pintura no estoy segura y me lo pensé dos veces para llenarle la bañera al niño, esta para cambiar. Estábamos en la habitación 105 del primer piso, encontré un gran deterioro a comparación de 1 año y medio atrás, no sé si es que aquella ocasión tuve mucha suerte y todo estaba perfecto.
Para destacar la buena atención del personal del restaurante, buena comida y buen servicio en media pensión.

De locatie in Ordino is erg mooi. De mevrouw bij de receptie was erg vriendelijk en gaf goede tips om naartoe te gaan. De kamer was erg ruim, en het balkon op het zuiden was zeker prettig! Het restaurant heeft een paar erg lekkere gerechten, en de bar is een leuke toevoeging. Het ontbijt is basic, maar prima.

Cons:

Behalve dat de kussens vrij hard waren verder niets.

Ordino é maravilhoso e recomendo vivamente este hotel. Localização, quartos com vista incrível, sala de estar muito agradável. Voltaria aqui certamente numa outra ida a Ordino. Do que vi de Andorra, Ordino pareceu-me o melhor lugar para ficar.

Hotel de montaña familiar
Pros:

Ubicación, entorno, bar (zona de billar y chimenea), desayuno correcto.

Cons:

A la llegada, nos encontramos una fiesta en el jardín, que duró hasta la hora de cenar, con mucha gente y niños jugando y gritando. El menú de la cena muy limitado.

Gorgeous setting, friendly and welcoming vibe
Pros:

Lovely setting. Outside terrace was glorious for drinks and a meal. The food served was excellent. Rooms large with a balcony overlooking the mountains. Staff really friendly. Overall it felt very welcoming and comfortable.
