员工服务很不错，前台Donia很有耐心为我解答很多问题，夸奖。楼下的小哥也帮我提行李送到目标楼层。早餐丰富且可以送到房间里。

Der junge Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat uns bei der Abreise sehr geholfen. Kontaktiert den Mietwagenfahrer, welcher am falschen Platz gewartet hat. Auch die Managerin war nett.

Cons:

Frühstück im Zimmer. Kam nicht zur vereinbarten Zeit. Keine Handtücher im Zimmer. Urgenz 4 pm 5 pm 7 pm 11 50 pm . Sind um 0 15 am gekommen. Lautstärke vom Dach. Dachte es gibt eine Kegelbahn oben. Generelle Lautstärke. Vor dem Hotel Platz ca. 50 Essen, Trinken bis nach Mitternacht.

A Perfect Stay in Downtown Cairo!
Pros:

The highlight of my visit was the outstanding customer service at the reception, especially from Donia, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful.
My room was very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the essential amenities I needed. The A/C worked perfectly, which made a huge difference during my stay.
You truly cannot beat the location. It is situated right in the heart of downtown Cairo (Wast El Balad) at 3 Orabi Square, Al Azbakeya. Being so central made it incredibly easy to get around and explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service and a prime location in Cairo!

Pros:

I have traveled across Europe, Africa, and Asia, and I can say that this is a fantastic hotel. The entire staff is incredibly friendly. The hotel is real, and the photos of the rooms accurately reflect reality. I stayed there for two weeks. The in-room breakfast service is excellent - you choose your own breakfast time and housekeeping preferences, and the food itself is delicious. The room is equipped with hot water, a shower, a kettle, a fridge, and air conditioning; the building itself is great, featuring an elevator and a security guard. The location is superb, the views from the rooms are excellent, and the area feels very safe, with a lively street atmosphere and plenty of cafes and shops nearby. Additionally, the team organizes high-quality, reasonably priced tours with an English-speaking guide and driver.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

A huge thank you to the team - all the administrators (night, day, and morning) and the general manager.

Top Hotel wenn Frühstück passen würde
Pros:

Wir haben die Junior Suite gebucht, trotz Lärm vom Oraby Platz bei geschlossenen Fenstern total ruhig, sehr gutes Wifi, Preis Leistung top

Cons:

Wenn man das Fenster kurz öffnet sind sofort viele Fliegen im Zimmer, das Frühstück wird aufs Zimmer gebracht - wir haben vereinbart um 8:00 Uhr, nach mehreren Telefonaten haben wir es um 9:00 Uhr bekommen ohne Besteck. Am zweiten Tag haben wir darauf verzichtet

Cons:

I chose this hotel because there were no bad comments about noisy rooms.
When It was time to check in they told me the previous guest in my room was very sick and would not let the room until 22:00 .
They offer me a room in another hotel near sama sheriff , they promise that I can come back to the original room after 22:00 if I want once the other client goes to the airport. I accept and pay.
They took me to a different hotel "Olivia hotel" in a very noisy room. I inform that I want to come back to the booked room as promised and then suddenly it is no longer possible.
I request them to change me to another less noisy room. They say they are going to try but they never come back to me.
I could not sleep the whole night because it was so noisy even using ear noise blockers. My guess is that this is the way they scam people I see there are some reviews explaining the same , go somewhere else.
