La cosa che ho apprezzato della struttura é la sua posizione nel cuore del quartiere Downtown del Cairo. É super centrale e comoda per raggiungere sia l’aeroporto, sia le piramidi. Consiglio a chiunque di alloggiare nel cuore del Cairo per vivere una vera esperienza locale.
Il personale dell’hotel é stato super disponibile: mi riferisco a Sama, receptionist, super brava con l’inglese e super disponibile ad assecondare ogni nostra richiesta. Un ringraziamento va anche a Mohamed che ci ha portato i bagagli e ci ha fatti sentire a casa.
La nostra camera era tripla ma ci hanno fatto l’upgrade a quadrupla, super gentili.
Abbiamo ordinato la cena in camera visto che alle 9 chiudevano tutti i ristoranti e Sama si é occupata di tutto.
L’hotel mette a disposizione servizio navetta per l’aeroporto e diverse attività con tour locali, molto carine.
Infine, una cosa da assolutamente non sottovalutare sono le finestre con vetri spessi, ci hanno permesso di dormire bene durante la notte visto e considerato che eravamo nel cuore del Cairo.
Il bagno lo abbiamo trovato pulito ma la tavoletta non perfetta. Per questo ho messo un pelino di meno per la pulizia, ma a livello di pulizia generale, direi molto buono.
The hotel is in downtown, so it was easy for us to walk around the city. There is access to the metro in only a few minutes. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast was served in the room and was delicious.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel qui est très propre et qui est situé sur une place avec beaucoup de commerces.
Un petit déjeuner copieux est servi.
Le personnel est au petit soins en particulier Donia qui a eu plein d’attention et fait en sorte que je sois à l’aise pendant mon séjour.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Downtown Cairo. The room was cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the balcony with a nice view of the street, which added to the overall atmosphere.
The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. We would especially like to mention Sama, who was incredibly kind and responsive throughout our stay — her support made a real difference.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Cairo.
Location, okay bed
Breakfast was served directly to the room and every morning we got expired yogurt. One morning even the cheese was brown. They didn't clean the room even once during our stay.
Exceptional stay! I truly enjoyed my time at Sama Hotel Oraby — the location is perfect and very convenient, and the breakfast was great with a good variety. What made the experience even more special was the amazing staff; everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I would like to give a special thank you to Sama and Ali Waleed for their kindness, professionalism, and dedication — they truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at home. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was very pleasant, and I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be coming back!

Staff very efficient and helpful mr Ali upgraded our room.as our first room didnt have balcony. Everyone was very helpful cleaning staff reception people. It was our second time here we will come again in this hotel inshallah. Thanks for everything

I visited with a friend and found it to be affordable, comfortable, and well-located, with exceptionally friendly staff.
We had to request that breakfast be brought to the room, and it sometimes took up to an hour. We also did not receive any housekeeping service during our stay.
Ducha quente, cama e edredon macios e dos funcionários atenciosos.
O prédio onde o hotel está é um pouco abandonado e quando você chega assusta, inclusive o elevador não tem porta quando sobe/desce. O barulho a noite de portas abrindo e fechando, carros na rua, gatos miando vai até muito tarde e pode ser ouvido tudo no quarto. Se for sua primeira vez no Cairo, a localização pode assustar, porque é bem no centro com muito comércio ao redor e trânsito sem fim. Eu não recomendo para mulher sozinha e crianças.

Не понравилось ничего кроме местоположения , вода не сливалась после душа 207 номер точно не стоит своих денег.
Staff was good
It took us 1.5 hour to find the place- name board is very small- almost non existent. Breakfast options are bad, especially since they will only give you 2-3 limited options sent to your room (1 per person). Breakfast hours are also bad- as they only have 1 staff. Parking options are just terrible. I wish they would have mentioned clearly that it’s not secured parking. We don’t get the room we booked (got the downgraded room).
