La atención de e Gladys. Muy servicial. Y te ayuda con cualquier tema

La habitación era muy buena. Sin embargo le falta mantenimiento en general y un poco a la nevera. De resto era perfecta

Comodidad , tranquilidad, excelente vista y una atención maravillosa
Pros:

Tiene una vista increíble , nuestra habitación está de frente al embalse ,muy fresca , tranquila y cómoda , la atención excelente, llegamos antes del check in y nos permitieron guardar nuestras maletas y acomodarnos y cambiarnos para iniciar nuestro paseo , nos gustó todo ! Mil gracias a las personas que nos atendieron

I would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

Great location, kinda at the edge of the busy district. Easy walk to restaurantes and central plaza. Hotel is along the malecón so a room with a balcony was a treat. Clarisa was very friendly, coffee and water available.

Cons:

Fenced parking area, secure but no cover from the elements and charged extra to park there.

Pros:

The staff was great and the facility was decent

Cons:

A lot of noise coming from the other rooms where guests were loud at all times and playing music and singing at 7 AM while they were showering and getting ready to go out.

Rather cheap prices, similar to photos, okay for a night.

Cons:

We could only pay in cash (which we didn't see written anywhere before).
Really basic accommodation. Our room on the ground floor had a door to a tiny inside court, which could neither be closed nor locked, but was shared with another room's window. (at least there was noone staying in that room that night tho)

Pros:

Amazing value for money, a good sized double room, comfy bed and the staff were lovely! Even made us a coffee in the morning.
