Pros:

I enjoyt to much the food and gorgeous location.

Cons:

First time is no acces to internet,a byt more towells in room,some munchie tray whit coffee,tea,milk...hairdryer,iron and ironing board...

Incredible staff and lovely food.
Pros:

The reception staff, Mahdi was the BEST. He went above and beyond at every step and was the friendliest and most capable person. If the hotel management wants more customers then they will make Mahdi the manager as soon as possible. All the kitchen and rest staff were also very kind and accommodating and treated us like family. Plus there was private beach access.

Cons:

The bed was creaky. Slightly far away from the centre.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette hôtel pour la deuxième fois car il convient à nos attentes. Petit hôtel familial, avec un accès plage. De plus, nous pouvons aller à pied dans la vieille ville, et faire des balades au bord de la plage. Cet hôtel nous a permis de profiter de faire des excursions : le caire, luxor, assouan, abou simbel et de profiter de la mer rouge et les excursions liées au bord de mer. et des excursions dans le désert. Le seul problème était l'absence de internet dans l'ensemble de l'hôtel, il y avait une mauvaise connexion dans la réception. Nous avons donc utilisé la 5G qui fonctionne très bien sur le territoire Egyptien. L'ensemble du personnel est serviable et gentil.

Me gustó que me ayudado a conseguir las excursiones.

Cons:

No me gustó que cuando llegue la habitación estaba sucia, las almohadas eran muy duras y grandes aunque pedí otra no tan dura eran todas iguales. No me limpiaron la habitación en 5 días. La nevera no funcionaba estaba de ahí de adorno. No había gel de manos ni champú hasta que lo pedí y me trajeron 2 pequeños. Había toallas sucias en los armarios supongo que de los anteriores alojados. La comida tampoco me gustó era todos los días prácticamente lo mismo. Para desayunar no había fruta ni zumo de naranja. Sino ensalada cosa que no entendí. Y luego la música del bar de oye hasta las 2 am de la mañana y no podía descansar bien…

Pour un séjour où vous n’allez pas resté à l’hôtel pendant tout le séjour il est très bien
Pros:

Le personnel était génial très serviable et accueillant (que sa sois à l’hôtel, au restaurant et à la plage), la nourriture aussi était bonne et la plage était bien comme les chambres aussi

Cons:

Le seul défaut je dirais entre les photos et la réalité y’a quand même une différence surtout au niveau de la piscine (le grand bassin) ou en arrivant y’avais de la mousse et c’était également à l’eau de mer

Surviving camp
Pros:

All inclusive, 100m to the private beach that belongs to Davinci, free drink at the beach, the staff was nice.

Cons:

First of all, when we arrived we were shocked, the rooms were dirty, we didn’t have blankets, towels, soap. Ac in my room was not functioning, but in my parents room it was functioning well. There is no housekeeper, when we needed our room to be cleaned we had to leave our keys at the reception in the morning and pick it up at night. And they only cleaned it good when we left tips. The towels we got were dirty. The lights in the bathroom were really bad! I used flashlight and it was still dark. And also the neighbourhood where the location is, we didn’t really like it.
The food was traditional Egyptian and the same every day, they put too much curry and seasoning in everything. I am vegetarian, for breakfast we got falafel, that was good, but no variations.
The window lock wan broken and not functional, which resulted on someone braking in. Later we put the chair there so it can’t be opened from outside. We discussed it with the owner, and he promised he is gonna fix it.
