Osoblje fantastično,ponekad preterana gostoprimljivost ume da "udavi",ali su ljudi baš bili na mestu..Smeštaj je super,prostran,uredan,čist,ima sve neophodno,počevši od klime,2 ogromna tv-a sa aplikacijama (youtube,netflix,itd),frižider,itd,itd..
Sve u svemu,ocena 9.5/10,samo iz razloga što "uvek može bolje",ali za mene je extra odnos cene,naspram kvaliteta pruženog u smeštajnoj objektu..

Pros:

Everything was perfect. Starting with the girl from reception-very friendly, full of good humor. The apartment is quite big, with a lot of kitchen tools. Bathroom very clean, everything functional. Good breakfast. Plenty of parking spots. Clean. Beds are comfortable.

Sve je bilo odlično. Apartman je bio čist i lepo sređen. Hrana je bila ukusna i raznovrsna. Zaposleni su bili prijatni ljubazni. Veoma smo zadovoljni našim boravkom u ovom hotelu. 🙂

Great stay in Zlatibor!
Pros:

Our stay was excellent. We were given an apartment on the seventh floor, which made our stay even more memorable thanks to the fantastic city view. Free parking was available at the hotel, and we also had access to the spa area. Although the pool is not very large, it is perfect for relaxing in the afternoon. The breakfast was fabulous, the hotel's restaurant was an excellent choice for dinner, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The bedroom was quite small, so we needed to keep all our luggage in the living room.

Pros:

Просторный номер с большой кухней, удобная кровать. Понравилось, что в здании отеля есть ресторан с игровой комнатой. Если плохая погода, можно там провести время с ребёнком и в принципе никуда не выходить, но есть нюанс.

Cons:

Нюанс в том, что в ресторане разрешено курить. И в игровой комнате тоже это чувствуется. Не понравилось, что детская кроватка была грязная. И ручки в спальне и ванной комнате скрипели и практически разваливались. Душевая кабина протекает, но эту проблему обещали устранить.
