一樓大廳整體環境優良，舒適
這是第三次去住宿，以往櫃檯人員的服務態度很好，但此次6/26晚上八點入住，6/28 早上又遇同一櫃檯人員，我們是外地遊客，不知道隔壁早餐店為何沒營業，是否都週日公休，請教櫃檯先生，想說他在此處上班，是否較瞭解，結果櫃檯人員的回話令人覺得不舒服，他說： 那間店又不是我們開的，我怎麼知道？
你不知道可以說你也不清楚，有必要一付不耐煩的態度與語氣跟房客這樣說話嗎？ 住宿這家民宿好多次了，頭一次遇見如此不太有耐心的櫃檯人員，不知道是否能加強其服務人員的教育訓練？ 否則下次再去花蓮時想要換另一家民宿，不想再繼續住這家了！

Decent location
The room was very unhygienic. It was dusty (including dust in the ventilation), the faucets are rusty, the shower pressure was too low, there was trash under the bed from previous occupants.
