Muy amplia habitación, todo bastante nuevo. Cocina bien equipada, habitación y living cómodos y muy cómodo el acceso desde el estacionamiento
Lo único criticable es que no tiene servicio de TV por cable, si no tenés suscripción a algun servicio que funcione en USA el enorme TV está de adorno
The desk clerk was very nice and friendly
$200 surprise security deposit. Very soft bed. Shower water barely warm. For the price, definitely overrated on Booking
The coffee and breakfast were good and were offered, at booking, as an add-on for $25 per day. But, for that, there was a very limited menu at the coffee shop in the building. If I were to have spent that same amount directly with the coffee shop, I would have been able to buy anything from their more extensive, interesting menu, as well as coffee. I recommend not paying ahead for breakfast.
Service could have been better. For example, I had ordered some packages to be delivered to the hotel. When I checked in at 7pm, I asked for them and was told I could only receive them between 8 and 5. Ok, so the next morning, I kept trying to find someone to get them for me, but it was 9:30 when someone was finally available to open their storage room and get them. That caused me to be late for a 10am appointment.
Was big nice room. Clean, bu5 had a smell.
The smell wasnt great, didnt like that celing, the ac was always hot. Even the you tried to change it itbwas lovked into a hot temperature, wasnt easy to get sunlight with so many curtains hard to open & get the double curtain open too. The towels was stained wasnt happy

Propaganda enganosa. Além disso, não recebi o café da manhã contratado. Havia uma construção no andar acima do meu quarto, as máquinas começavam a trabalhar cedo. Um absurdo!

it was very clean easy to get in and out of
the air conditioner was leaking they were going to change rooms but decided to try to fix it. took them 40 min. middle of the night it started leaking again. also tv only had news channels could get apps to work either they told me they will not work on the tv. So that was a bummer.

I had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to come to the receptionist’s desk and check me in. They made me late to check out and charged me a $50 late check-out fee. Very unprofessional!!
