Clean hotel and friendly staff but on in-house restaurant
Pros:

Very clean and helpful staff

Cons:

The property advertises in-house restaurants which do not exist. This is not very convenient for breakfast. There is no tea/ coffee heater flask in the room. So this has to ordered from outside as there is no kitchen in the hotel.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Nice staff. Big room and bed. Clean hotel with secure parking. Got a booking.com 1/2 price offer making it exceptional value

The property was new and fancy.

Cons:

Lacked basic amenities like kettle , tea, coffee, etc. Water was leaking and no one was addressing the issue. Can do better.
