Wonderful location, but room description is misleading
Pros:

Wonderful location with stunning view on the Source of the Nile.

Cons:

We booked an "Entire Chalet" classified as a "One-Bedroom Chalet", but in fact we were given a room in a building with 5-6 other rooms. When I complained, the staff told me that they were unaware of what was written on Booking.com, and for them it was clear that I did not book an entire chalet. - So, no change, no refund, no apologies.
You'd better have good intimacy with the person you are sharing the room with, as the bathroom has no doors.

Bad hospitality

They dont want to do anything for you ..Just sitting there ..no hospitality. I booked as a corporate in my booking with my efris number
And I did not even get right receipt.
Even the owner is so rude as mu booking was not showing age of the child he denied to talk to me and wanted to charge me 120k for child ..
This is second time bad experience same guys same place.

Paz, vista divina y tranquilidad en este espacio magico
Pros:

Un sitio maravilloso. La vista estupenda. La atencion del staff increible. La comida deliciosa. El desayuno copioso y de muy buena calidad. Nos encanto

Cons:

Era una tienda, pero se sentia como si fuera una cabana. es complicada la entrada y la salida sobre todo que no quieres que se entren los zancudos. Pero de todas formas agradable.

Sweet and sour!
Pros:

Breakfast could have had more choices but the views were breathtaking

Cons:

When we arrived our booking was not recognised until one helpful member of staff checked and said they had moved some guests into our room because of water issues. They said the issue had been sorted and we could take their room for one night. We really wanted the room we had booked.
In the room we were given, the AC was not working. Of the two ladies on the front, they couldn’t have been more different in their attitude, one was so pleasant and helpful whilst the other looked like we were bothering her.
On the second day we were not moved into the promised and booked room. No explanation was given. It was a sweet and sour stay.

Very Peaceful and relaxing.
Super nice staph.
Some improvements in facility need to be done
There was always hot water though a bit low stream. .
But this is a very recommended place.
Not for people with difficulty in walking

Great view, lovely location
Pros:

Great view and peaceful location. Friendly staff were very helpful. Food was well prepared and presented.

Really recommended! the best view on the source of the Nile! I would go there again
Pros:

The room offers a breathtaking view over the Nile. Perfect value for the money!

Cons:

The restaurant closes to early (8 pm), probably because we were the only guests at the time, but they did not inform us so we had to ask for a delivery from a restaurant in town which arrived late as the hotel is far from the centre
