Pros:

Their process to get OTA mails into some person dependent mail box instead of a front office mail box sucks. Almost 30 minutes wasted just to find the mail

Pros:

The property for this price lacked a washing machine especially for a 1 month stay, lacked a microwave and a Fridge which needs to be basic inclusions at the price point that was charged.

Pros:

Worst ever !!
No wifi, no proper laundry facilities.
I don’t think its a good place for families. Although it is in richest part of bangalore.
Rowdies and hoons making noise at midnight. All these guys are one way or other related to the hotel.
One good thing is the beds are comfortable.
