Good enough for me to return and stay a second time.
Pros:

Very quiet and located close to the nightly food markets and convenience store.
Excellent supply of hot water in the spacious wet-style bathroom.
Flatscreen TV, but it doesn't have Netflix, but it does have YouTube

Cons:

Hard beds (7/10 on a hardness scale).
They try to charge 5USD per night for a pet (equates to 25% of the room tarrif). After serious discussions with them, they kindly didn't charge me.

Super hotel !

The staff is very friendly and helpful that everything works in the room as advertised the location is great

Cons:

The beds are a little hard for me but I'm an American most people will find them just fine
