I will be back
Pros:

I stay there more than 2 weeks.
Nice room, comfortable bed, convenient, nice swimming pool.
The staff is VERY helpful, help to print a visa for Vietnam, laundry, advises, thanks to them.

Cons:

The breakfast quality was poor.
The swimming pool directly on the street = no very private.

Für eine Nacht noch in Ordnung.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der unteren Etage, welches sehr abgewohnt war. Tür im Bad ging kaum zu schließen, da unteres Türband abgebrochen war. Die ganze Nacht machte eine Wasserpumpe, welche direkt unter dem Fenster installiert war Geräusche. Es roch im Zimmer auch nicht angenehm, wahrscheinlich durch die Abluft eines Restaurants im Nebengebäude. Frühstücksbüffet war etwas lieblos angerichtet und teilweise wenig schmackhaft.

Cons:

Es müsste vor allem die untere Etage renoviert werden. Spione in den Türen fehlten, wurden mit Papierkugeln verschlossen. Beim Frühstück ist noch viel Luft nach oben.

L’accueil était chaleureux, la chambre assez grande . La maison en bois est assez charmante.
L’emplacement est très bien, près de tout.
La piscine est un plus, même si elle donne dur la rue....
Mais la salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement.

Cons:

Je n’ai pas aimé ne pas pouvoir payer en carte. Nous avons eu droit à un simulacre d’appareil qui ne fonctionne pas, pour nous obliger à payer en espèces....

Need to get simple maintenance right
Pros:

Bed Comfortable, Digital TV, breakfast ok. Jai - staff member friendly. Pool was clean and ready.

Cons:

Bathroom sink drain has no S bend (air lock) so sewer smells rise up via bathroom sink. Such an easy problem to fix and I see other travellers commented about it. Management obviously choosing to do nothing about it. Picture included, easy fix with fittings and plumbers pipe adhesive.

Pressurisation water pump outside window cycling on and off consistently. Annoying sound. Build a sound reducing cover for it. Again commented on previously by other.

Door needs lubrication in the lock so you don't have to slam the door to get it to close and annoy other adjacent rooms.

Simple stuff, normal maintenance
