Great hotel and services, will return for stay in the future.
Pros:

The hotel is at the perfect location right by the beach, and just a 5 minutes walk to the Perissa bus station which gives you easy access to Fira. Room and amenities are clean and tidy, shower is spacious and the hot tub is big and have a good view looking towards the sea. Breakfast provided is also decent, water pressure is great in the shower. Overall is a good stay.

Cons:

The air conditioning in our room for some reason is not really working properly, even we set it at lowest temperature there isn’t seems to be doing anything. The room is baking hot even it’s just early June, we ended up need to turn the AC off and open the balcony door instead to get wind to cool ourselves and the room down.

Absolutely brilliant stay. Fabulous facilities and staff. Looking forward to a return trip.
Pros:

I could not recommend this property enough. I have travelled extensively and this is one, if not the best property I’ve stayed in.
Demetrius and his staff were extremely attentive and could not do anymore for us. A special mention to the 2 ladies that cleaned our room.

הכל. הלוקיישן מרחק הליכה של דקה מהים ומהטיילת. הבקתות מצוחצחות, מנקים אותן ומחליפים מגבות ברמה יומית. כל המתקנים מסביב מצויינים ומתוקתקים.
דימיטריס מארח מופלא. ענה לנו על כל שאלה, סייע עם השכרת רכב, המליץ על מסעדות מצוינות ונתן שירות מעל ומעבר.

הכל היה מצויין. הדבר היחיד לשיפור- הקפה.

Great location. 5 minutes from the beach & restaurants. Friendly staff, Dimitris & friend provided lovely breakfasts & exceptional cocktails. The room & facilities were clean & well maintained. The bed & sun beds were extremely comfortable.

Zentrale Lage ... Toller persönlicher Service!

Alles bestens!
Der Besitzer Dimitri war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit in allen Bereichen!!
Die Anlage ist neu und hochwertig... Die Lage zentral und weniger als 1 Minute (50 Meter Luftlinie) zu laufen vom Strand entfernt... Restaurants unzählbar am Strand zur Verfügung, sofern jemand in der Sommersaison in Perissa Urlaub macht, findet man für jeden Geschmack etwas!!

Pros:

La chambre était super confortable et très belle, la jacuzzi était top.
L'emplacement est très bien aussi et à 2 min de la plage.
Dimitri a été très accueillant et très arrangeant.

Beautiful suite
Pros:

This property is an hidden gem, located right next to Perissa black sand beaches. The property manager went above and beyond for me and my guests. He cooked breakfast every morning and catered to our needs. The room is newly modern with a huge shower. You are also able to watch Netflix on the tv. The outdoor hot tub was a plus factor.
