Cons:

The pool bar is not bad, but could be upgraded to make it more cozy for drinks.
Or build a rooftop bar with comfortable chairs and fans etc, where you could enjoy the city view and if possible the Mekong river..

Probably the best hotel in terms of pricing, location and staff.
Pros:

Top of the line hotel, great amenities, excellent breakfast, super clean and location is absolutely perfect. Also the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt.

3 day break in Laos
Pros:

Although the official checkin time is 1500, we arrived after a long overnight travel, tired and dusty, at 1100am.
We requested an early checkin, however our room wasnt ready, but the reception allowed us an early checkin to an higher grade ( slightly more costly) at 1100am, which waa much appreciated.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. Staff and amenities were excellent and helpful.

Impress and nice to stay at the hotel
Pros:

Perfect and Variety food. I have the welcoming from the staff. Restaurant is very nice.

Cons:

First of all, I came to the hotel. I feel a little bit bad from the receptionist who ignore me. No say anything to make me feel better while I am in front of the counter alone. But it doesn't matter. Just only Bell Boy who greeting and informed me to waiting a few minutes. He served us for the welcome drink and cookie. But I would say thank you the receptionist to offer the early checking in instead of 3 pm.
