Pros:

Centrally located on the main road in Vientiane, good room with comfortable bed, and the welcome cookie!

Cons:

The hotel has an outdoor night club/bar that plays loud music from mid afternoon onwards. If you want to sleep uninterrupted, ask for a room on the far side of the building.

Great location and great service.
Pros:

Fantastic location. Surrounded by lots of great shops and eateries around the hotel, many different cuisines to offer, leaving you spoilt for choice. There are also souvenier shops in the next block. Hotel is not far from the airport. It takes only 20 minutes to get there, so there is no need to rush to depart early.

Cons:

Their online booking system for room service was not functioning properly. Had sent in a few orders to be delivered to different parts of the hotel where I was via the online system but the orders never came.

Location perfect, staff amazing,
Pros:

Not too much choice, but the statf is amazing. People should try the beef steak in the restaurant (available at night).
Location is soo perfeect!!

Breakfast, not too many choice, but the fried noodle is amazing.
