My best choice for staying in Manizales. Stayed twice in the last month and would stay again.
Pros:

I loved the rooms. Sufficient space. Nice, modern design. Quiet and calm atmosphere. Great service from STAFF. Always willing to help and support. The location was unbeatable.

Cons:

The Cafeteria in the first floor could have a wider menu for lunch and dinner. Too restrictive, although great service. Only breakfast, and some sandwiches were available.

Too pricey - too small - good included breakfast
Pros:

The beds and the general location was fine. The breakfast was awesome. General ammenities of the hotel were good.
The staff was very attentive.

Cons:

The room was too small, I kept hitting things at every step, and I'm not that big of a person, I'm a thin 6 ft person btw. The bathroom was also too small. For the price I was specting something better. The price difference between this and the next room wasn't that big, but the size difference was noticeable.
