Skvelá lokalita, chutné raňajky, milí personál na recepcii - vedel nám poskytnúť informácie k výletom, dostali sme väčšiu izbu ako sme mali rezervovanú.

Cons:

V izbe bola celkom zima, museli sme mať pustený celú noc hlučný ohrievač. Taktiež by nezaškodilo dôkladnejšie vyčistenie, upratanie.

Sorpresa last minute

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza in questo albergo un po' all'ultimo minuto, ma è stata una bella e piacevole sorpresa!
Io e il mio ragazzo siamo andati in Slovenia per passare un paio di giorni alle terme e questo hotel è vicinissimo ai centri termali, poco più di 5 minuti a piedi in discesa.
Ha una buona colazione con molte opzioni dolci e salate, il personale è stato gentilissimo e accogliente, tutto sommato un'ottima esperienza!

Cons:

L'unica pecca è stata la camera che per noi risultava un po' stretta ma, avendoci passato solo una notte, non è stato un grande problema.

Nice hotel with great views and good breakfast
Pros:

The room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly, and the views were beautiful. Breakfast was good, with many options and great coffee. The location is convenient, and it’s easy to walk into the city.

Cons:

The bathroom door didn’t close properly, and the cupboard had an unpleasant smell.
This wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but on the second night there was a large party or gathering at the hotel, which resulted in a lot of noise until around 2 a.m. I spoke with the staff the next day, and they were very apologetic and handled the situation with a great attitude.
