worst service by property and booking.com
Cons:

while booking the hotel i did not get any information about property is not available and even after prior to my check-in date i did not get any information about that property is shutdown, i was totally panic while i am at the property simply they are telling your booking is cancelled. this is the first time i am facing such a nonsense. in fact i trust booking.com but this kind of disaster situation lost the trust and leads to other service provider .poor service and even booking.com also not intervein in this to help the customer. this is the last booking in booking.com.

Ideal homestay
Pros:

I really liked the stay experience. The staff was very cordial and accommodating. They were kind enough to extend their help whenever we needed some directions or guidance for our travel within the town. The room service was good too.
Bonus points to James (who's the caretaker of this property) for being a great host.

Cons:

The wifi and the TV were not so good. There's room for improvement.

The location is good and it is a new building.

The bathroom wasn't very clean. Also, there weren't any basic amenities like drinking water. One has to buy bottled water from them.

Pros:

We didn’t know breakfast was provided! No one told us.
Its closer to Ramanashram!
Spacious Hall and kitchen
Staff was nice and friendly.
But didn’t know of the places nearby or direction for guidance for us to reach the hotel at multiple occasions.

Cons:

Location is inside, and no proper address as people didn’t recognize Diya hotel, maybe Majestic Apts. no clear location or direction. Need to provide some Maps and guidance for new residents.

Bedroom and bed can be bit clean and upgraded

Rooms and bathrooms were clean but could be changed and upgraded for the money we pay!

Bit mediocre facilities.
