Goed hotel, ruime kamer, prachtig zee-uitzicht op een top locatie.
Pros:

Super locatie, prachtig uitzicht op de zee vanuit m'n kamer. Op 10 minuten loopafstand van winkeltjes en markt.
Je kan daar ook naar verschillende (betaalde) strandjes, al is het allemaal dat je op stoelen zit en enkele met ligbedden zijn. Zou dan eerder andere stranden aanbevelen:).

Kamer zag er goed uit en was lekker ruim. Housekeeping hield het dagelijks goed bij.
Heel leuk geholpen door de mannen van de receptie bij aankomst. Stranden kreeg ik aanbevolen en alles werd goed uitgelegd. Ook de dag voor vertrek hebben zij mij super goed geholpen met vervoer regelen naar het busstation en zelfs de bus zelf van Marsa Matruh naar Alexandria. Was mijn eerste keer om deze plaatsen te bezoeken, al was ik al meerder keren in Egypte geweest, dus fijn om hun hulp te ontvangen!

Cons:

Het ontbijt viel een beetje tegen. Niet veel keuze. Enige pluspunt daar vond ik dat je wel een omelet kon laten maken. Maar goed, wat valt er over te zeggen, voor 200 EGP kan je daar al ontbijten.

De bedden waren vrij hard, maar dat kan natuurlijk voor een ander juist fijn zijn....
Wifi zou moeten werken op de kamer, alleen verliep dit bij mij niet echt vlekkeloos helaas.

Niet iedereen van de receptie kon goed Engels praten dus de dagploeg was wat lastiger om dingen mee te regelen. Ook een hulpvraag werd op gezegd 'weet ik niet' en daar werd het bij gelaten ondanks dat ik doorvroeg. Je zou verwachten dat ze dan even bellen of informatie vragen voor jou aangezien jij helemaal niet bekend bent in dat gebied. Bleek later de receptiemanager te zijn.... Dat vond ik wel tegenvallen qua service. Dit in tegenstelling tot degene die ervoor stonden:)

Pros:

The stuff was helpful trying to make your stay comfortable as much as they can , food was with good variety tastes good , location also in the middle of the city centre of course noisy due to the nature of Matruh city in High summer season i took a triple room was spacious and with very nice view.

Cons:

Had some comments with the room cleaning but the stuff solved it immediately, house keeping only after 2 pm , the hotel renovations and maintenance need a serious management, hotel in general needs a good maintenance elevators are always busy 2 in total one of them was not working so it was a long wait for the other elevator had to use the stairs most of the stay, pool was not clean .
