In my conclusion, dont stay there, its Very dirty and Stinks, thats why the price is like it is.

The Pros—The location was great, refrigerator, microwave, BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS and pillow cases THEIRS WERE DIRTY,

Cons:

The CONS-Floor is molded (DONT WALK IN THERE WITH YOUR SHOES OFF, LIKE YOU CAN SMELL THE MOLD BAD! it was very dirty, pull out bed/couch STUNK, the balcony door was loose, no Safe in the room, no rags to wash with (BROUGHT MY OWN) balcony was nasty, BATHROOM HAD 1 roll of tissue for 3 days, shower curtain was dirty and it touches you while you shower, bathroom doors dont close fully, dont expect to sleep, the clevelander is directly next door and plays music ALL NIGHT, tv didnt work the entire Stay, i go to Miami 7 times a year, WORST HOTEL IVE EVER HAD BY FAR. COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!!!!

Cons:

Das Bett war total durchgelesen. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Die Temperatur der Dusche ließ sich nicht regeln. Es machte alles einen schmuddeligen Eindruck.
Aber das Schlimmste war der modrige, feuchte Geruch in der ganzen Wohnung.

The room was damp and wet, because the air conditioning was running high at room temperature of 57 degrees. The bathroom had hair around the tub floor. The tv didn't work. The sheets and bed were clammy and damp. We had to remove bedding and use extra quiltcto sleep on.

The room is spacious, but there is an extremely high level of humidity, and everything smells strongly of mold.

The carpet was very dirty — so much so that all of our socks were ruined and had to be thrown away. They turned completely black.

The television did not work.

When showering, only the shower was functional. There was no option to fill the bathtub because the pipe for filling the tub was cut off.

The humidity and mold smell were very intense throughout the room.

This place is not recommended for children, even though it is advertised as child-friendly.

Overall great stay , would book again !
Pros:

Great location. Right on ocean drive in the middle of all the fun. Clean for the most part; normal wear and tear . Host was hard to contact 1st day to report an issue but got back to me on day 2 . Spacious but cozy.

Cons:

Carpet was literally drenched the whole week from AC issues forcing us not to be able to use the side of the bed with out getting our feet wet . The wetness also caused a slight moldy/mildew smell .
