The room is spacious, but there is an extremely high level of humidity, and everything smells strongly of mold.

The carpet was very dirty — so much so that all of our socks were ruined and had to be thrown away. They turned completely black.

The television did not work.

When showering, only the shower was functional. There was no option to fill the bathtub because the pipe for filling the tub was cut off.

The humidity and mold smell were very intense throughout the room.

This place is not recommended for children, even though it is advertised as child-friendly.

Had a water leak they couldn't figure it out and the floor was wet the entire time. Our room was under construction with the carpet pulled up

Overall great stay , would book again !
Pros:

Great location. Right on ocean drive in the middle of all the fun. Clean for the most part; normal wear and tear . Host was hard to contact 1st day to report an issue but got back to me on day 2 . Spacious but cozy.

Cons:

Carpet was literally drenched the whole week from AC issues forcing us not to be able to use the side of the bed with out getting our feet wet . The wetness also caused a slight moldy/mildew smell .

I had an amazing time in Miami

Pros:

Convenience. Pretty good area. Very much Appreciated being able to get in early. Generally clean. Appreciated the balcony. Nice towels. Appreciated the coffee maker and extra area where there was a couch.

Cons:

My fault in not realizing it was right next the Palace and the pulsating music got to be too much. Couldn’t use bathtub because ‘stopper’ didn’t fit the drain. I was looking forward to a nice soak. Which was what advertised as part of the pluses for the room. Low on toilet paper and no paper towels. Lights by bed were way too bright! Didn’t fit inside the shades.
