Pros:

El desayuno estuvo bueno, pero creo que falta variedad para que sea excelente, con relación a la ubicación del hotel falta señalización para poder llegar

Pros:

The property is truly beautiful with amazing views of the mountains. The bed is very comfortable and the shower has very hot water which is very important to me. The llamas, pool and jacuzzi is beautiful and a highlight to me. I look forward to going again

Overall it was a great stay and I loved the place. I just wish the breakfast had more variety

Beautiful area but difficult service
Pros:

The location was beautiful, the spa was relaxing and nice. The room was clean and comfortable (the heater is a nice touch). The interaction with the alpacas was fun.

Cons:

The staff could more pleasant and nice to tourists. The website says they speak English but do NOT at all! They didn't react well when we didn't understand something, not patient to our questions. Food was okay, but we are not informed of any times for breakfast so at 10am everything was gone and they did not refill while we were eating even though it was right there.
