La comodidad
Todo perfecto
Todo
Sucio, ruidoso y bastante desatendido.

As TOO MANY properties listed on Booking.com, it says it's a hotel and it's not. It's a pension. It's an old building which, though it's fairly well maintained, it has all very old furniture, not to be in style, but simply because it's cheap furniture. I booked a room for about 8K ARS, and upon arrival I found out it was with a shared toilet, which was not clarified on Booking.com. They offered a room with a private toilet for extra 900 ARS. (43USD total) I was in a room with a big bed whose mattress was covered with nylon and had the sheet on top of that nylon. (If you want to protect your mattresses, at least have the decency of using a proper mattress cover, they are cheap and washable). The toilet tank was not working. They told me "the guy" would come fix it but he was busy out doing some paperwork... I waited for about 40 minutes and couldn't wait any longer, I had to sleep... The place was a little noisy, mainly due to conversations of the same staff, who was holding a loud chat among two persons at the pension plus one on the speakerphone... Laughs and loud comments, which could be casual, just bad timing, if you will... but come on... it's ridiculous. This property is a scam, but I blame booking for this as well, because they DO NOT CHECK ANYTHING, and they definitely should, not based on people's opinions, but they are millionaires enough to send employees to actually check...
I like that we made it out alive and the girl working at the front desk was kind and helpful.
The hotel smelled like smoke and rotten decaying something. The door to leave was locked behind us and there was no key so that we could leave. The beds are wrapped in plastic. My friends room had a window into a dark storage room and she couldn't lock or close the window. Babies were screaming and not seemingly being consoled. It was a terrifying experience
Nothing
It was absolutely awful. The parking was paid and away from the property. It didn't have air conditioning as it claimed, not even a proper window and the bed was one hundred years old. Just awful.
