Pros:

This hotel is fabulous, and prefect for a couple of days in Ohrid - just far enough from the busy Ohrid centre, and right on the lake for a relaxing holiday. I’d like to make special mention of Andrej!! He was amazing, and went the extra mile to make our holiday even more special. (Ask him to book at the most stunning restaurant/location on the lake to have the Ohrid trout!) We’d love to go back again someday!

Pros:

Gute Lage, die Liegen am Strand waren gemütlich.

Cons:

Dreckiges Zimmer bei der Ankunft, die Handtücher riechen extrem schlecht. Zum Frühstück wurden alte Lebensmittel angeboten, die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht. Der Seebereich des Hotels wurde gar nicht gepflegt. Bei einem Aufenthalt von 5 Tagen wurde lediglich der Mülleimer im Zimmer geleert und das Bett gemacht.

Recepcia - super, upratovacky vo 4star hotelu- nemozu mat plesen v kupelke, SPA super

Cons:

Reštaurácia nepatrí ku hotelu, raňajky v cene ubytovania- minimalna obmena, ovocie nezrele, miešané vajcia mali podivnu štrukturu, personal pri ranajkach - ako studenti hotelovej skoly prvy den v restauracii, 5G antena na streche nic moc

Pros:

Hienolla paikalla kiva hotelli. Hotellin henkilökunta ystävällistä, mutta ravintolan henkilökunta nyrpeää.

Cons:

Ravintolan henkilökunnasta. Ja hotelli mainostaa laturia sähköautoille mutta heti kättelyssä neuvottiin menemään 5km päähän keskustaan lataamaan kun heillä on niin kallista.

Yatakları rahat, otelin tam önünden göle girilebiliyor, spa güzel spa odaları manzarası çok güzel, temizdi,çalışanlar çok ilgili ve iyiler her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar.Olumsuzlukları bu yüzden çok görmüyorsunuz:) Fakat kahvaltı gerçekten yetersizdi kötü yani ve sessiz geniş bir oda istiyorsanız dağ tarfında üst katları tercih edebilirsiniz, giriş kat odalar ufak ve havuza baktığı için gürültü olabiliyor.

Lijepi mali hotel s izvrsnim osobljem. Restoran i osoblje tokom večeri za svaku pohvalu.

Cons:

Doručak koji bi trebao biti dostupan od 8, baš i ne funkcionira. Barem nije funcionirao za vrijeme našeg boravka.

Jakuzzi room
Cons:

We booked this hotel specifically because of the private jacuzzi room and paid a significant premium compared to a standard room. Unfortunately, the main feature we paid for was unusable throughout our entire stay.

On the day we checked in, a receptionist personally came to our room to demonstrate how the jacuzzi worked. After he left, we opened the cover ourselves to make sure everything was clean before using it. We immediately found several body hairs and hair strands on the headrest area and settled at the bottom of the water.

We reported the issue straight away, showed the photos to the reception staff, and also sent them to the hotel's WhatsApp number. The hotel apologized and cleaned the jacuzzi while we were outside.

When we returned, the visible hair had been removed, but there were still unidentified particles at the bottom of the water. We decided to give it another chance. However, as soon as we started the jacuzzi, numerous white/yellow translucent particles began floating in the water and more hair and debris appeared from the system. We immediately closed it without using it.

The next morning we reported the issue again. The hotel informed us they would clean it once more. That evening, the exact same problem remained. We even asked the receptionist to come to the room and see the jacuzzi personally before we touched anything.

Throughout our stay, we sent photos and videos as evidence, including a video showing us removing hair from the bottom of the jacuzzi by hand. The hotel acknowledged the issue by apologizing, cleaning the jacuzzi multiple times and changing the water twice. However, despite all these attempts, the problem was never actually resolved.

The manager later assured us that the water met hygiene standards and that a specialized company had inspected it.

It’s a beautiful hotel, lovely staff that welcomed us last minute and were very friendly and helpful😊 the check in was very easy, room was amazing, very clean and had the most beautiful view of Lake Ohrid, so totally recommend Lago Hotel❤️

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There was constant very loud music from the nearby beach, or from the hotel restaurant. We couldn't enjoy our balcony hot tub because of this.
