Great for a relaxing stay away from the city
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Lago Hotel. The location was great, with easy access to the centre and beautiful surroundings. The hotel was clean, comfortable and had a lovely atmosphere, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall we had a very pleasant experience.

Breakfast was great too, lots of options to choose from.
Pool was the best part, clean and easily accessible.

Nice property, amazing sunsets, but a bit more dedication could help
Pros:

Nice beach with comfortable sun beds (bring swimming shoes though as the pebbles are quite tough) - amazing sunsets.

Modern property.
Location a bit outside of town is nice.

Cons:

Cleanliness is ok - it was fine, we just had a hair on the bathroom floor and the room’s small rug wasn’t very clean.
Breakfast is odd - there’s a good choice, however bacon, eggs etc are just presented on normal plates at the buffet and thus, cold, which is a bit odd.
“Private” beach: no one checks, so local families (with many kids) just take over the sun beds at some point - there are plenty, so it’s usually not a problem, although those “guests” were quite noisy.

Alles sehr sauber, top Lage See und super Frühstück 😀.
Überall super WiFi.

Die Straße zwischen Hotel und Strand stört ein wenig.

Schön, aber mit einigen Abstrichen.
Pros:

Der Chef und seine Frau waren sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Der Strandbereich war dreckig, viele Zigarettenstummel. Dort waren auch viele Leute, die nicht zum Hotel gehörten. Parkplätze sind zwar vorhanden, werden aber auch von anderen genutzt.

Good hotel but needs improvement.
Pros:

The hotel is nice, the spa is great (with some observations), beach area is nice. Staff is very nice and accommodating.

Cons:

Cleaning wasn’t perfect (room and stairs).
The spa: closes early at 8, water temperature in the jacuzzi too cold, no water in the spa area.
Reception is not manned all the time.
Restaurant (lunch and dinner) mediocre food.

Pros:

Les deux grands points forts de cet hôtel sont sans aucun doute le personnel et la proximité avec la plage.

Le staff est exceptionnel : adorable, extrêmement arrangeant, très réactif et avec une excellente communication. Toute l’équipe fait vraiment son maximum pour faciliter votre séjour et c’est particulièrement appréciable.

L’autre énorme avantage est la plage, située littéralement juste de l’autre côté de la rue. La plage privée de l’hôtel est très agréable, avec de nombreux transats et un petit bar de plage très sympa. Les chambres sont également très bien et disposent de tout le confort nécessaire.

Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très bon, avec pas mal de choix. Seul petit bémol à mon goût : il se termine à 10h, ce que je trouve un peu tôt pour des vacances. Une fin à 11h serait vraiment appréciable.

Autre petit point qui pourrait être amélioré : même si la plage est privée et que les transats sont bien sûr gratuits pour les clients de l’hôtel, des personnes extérieures peuvent également en réserver en payant. Selon l’heure à laquelle on arrive, il peut donc arriver qu’il n’y ait plus de transat disponible pour les clients de l’hôtel, ce qui est un peu dommage.

Mais ce ne sont vraiment que de petits détails à améliorer. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et je recommande vraiment cet hôtel, notamment pour la gentillesse exceptionnelle du personnel et son emplacement idéal juste en face de la plage.
