Pros:

Gute Lage wenn man in Geidorf unterwegs ist. Der Schlüsseltresor hat etwas geklemmt, aber der Herr am Telefon war sehr freundlich und sofort erreichbar. Alles sauber und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt durchaus in Ordnung.

Die Unterkunft ist ein schön renoviertes altes Haus im wunderschönen Bezirk Geidorf in Graz.

Cons:

Leider hört man von weiten den Straßenlärm der Autos, aber dafür ist die Lage öffentlich gut angebunden. Mehrere Bus Linien, aber auch zu Fuß ist man in 15 Minuten durch den Stadtpark im Zentrum

Preis-Leistung völlig okay!
Pros:

Wer eine günstige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit sucht, ist in diesem Appartement gut aufgehoben. Lage gut, Bad super schön warm. Geschirr sauber. Alles topp.

Cons:

Mir wäre es nachts mit nur einer Bettdecke zu kalt gewesen und einziger Kritikpunkt sind die Spinnweben in jedem Raum - wäre schön gewesen, wären sie entfernt worden.

Convenient but late check in can be a problem
Pros:

Everything was ok, except for the fact the heating didn’t work and no one was available to help. We contacted the property pretty late yes, but them offering 24-hour check in should have a way to help after hours.

Cons:

We froze during the night!
