After Booking the property and trying to reach them both by the app and by phone, I arrived at midnight as it said 24h check in only to find myself in a pretty dangerous square with the guard telling me they have no rooms because there’s no water, that they have changed their number and that I should go somewhere else and that he can’t suggest anything.

The room had a large gap next to the window, so I could clearly hear people and TVs from other rooms. The windows were poorly insulated, and because the hostel is located on a very busy street, the traffic noise was constant and extremely loud. The mattress and pillow were very hard and uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable. There were also ants in the room.
The biggest issue, however, was the complete lack of basic facilities. On my second day, the electricity was out for several hours in the morning. Later that evening, the water supply was cut off and was not restored before I checked out—almost 40 hours later. Having no running water for nearly two days is completely unacceptable. I couldn't shower, brush my teeth, or even wash properly. What made the situation even worse was that the staff did not provide any solution, compensation, or even bottled water. I had to buy drinking water myself just to maintain basic hygiene.
This level of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend staying here.
