Lubię ten hotel na pobyty w Szpindlerowym Młynie ale lepiej nie w weekendy.
Pros:

To już kolejny nasz pobyt w tym hotelu w Szpindlerowym Młynie. Bardzo nam się podoba lokalizacja, miejsce z bezpiecznym parkingiem w ścisłym centrum miasteczka i dostęp do strefy z jacuzzi. Pokój przestronny i wygodny.

Cons:

Akurat trafiliśmy na okres w którym były bardzo silne upały. Rozumiem, że w obiekcie nie ma klimatyzacji ale w takim przypadku można by chociażby zapewnić wentylatory do pokoi. Szkoda, że restauracja V Uličce, która była przy hotelu już nie działa. Jeśli ktoś szuka ciszy i spokoju to należy zwrócić uwagę, że w bezpośredniej bliskości znajduje się dyskoteka/klub muzyczny "Silver Rock music bar" z którego BARDZO GŁOŚNA MUZYKA przez prawie całą noc nie daje spać w piątki i soboty a pijani ludzie przechodzą tuż pod oknami hotelu i hałasują.

Podejście Pani na recepcji, niezadowolenie z przybycia w godzinach późnowieczornych, wydanie kart parkingowych dzien pozniej i zrzucenie winy na nas, ze o nich nie przypomnieliśmy.

Wanderurlaub
Pros:

Was uns besonders aufgefallen ist, dass Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat eine zentrale Lage - zum Zentrum und Wanderwege. Die Sauna ist klein aber gut (leider hat man nur eine Stunde frei, danach muss bezahlt werden). Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.
