Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Loved this luxurious, plush hotel. The public areas were beautifully decorated with fabulous fresh flowers.
The room was large, fresh flowers in the large bathroom, the breakfast was delicious. We could easily walk to the waterside restaurants for dinner.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Pros:

Очень красивый отель, прекрасные завтраки, шикарный ресторан, быстрое заселение. Персонал очень отзывчивый и предупредительный. Room service комфортный по цене и работает безупречно. На обед и ужин дресс код, это нормально. Рядом с отелем ремонт дороги, но благодаря прекрасной шумоизоляции дискомфорта практически не было. Пользование балконом платное, но этому есть объяснение, надо сразу понимать такое условие. Этот отель спас наше путешествие и украсил его своим комфортом и красотой. Очень стильная библиотека, но к сожалению всегда все зарезервировано и отдохнуть там не удалось) Объективно - лучшая пятерка в которой мы останавливались в Европе за последние лет 5. Много милых мелочей, меню подушек, стихи в номере, музыка. Спасибо за стиль, красоту и удобства. Вы лучшие из лучших.

Cons:

Бесконечные фотосессии, понятно что в Белграде такой красоты больше нет, но для проживания это не комфортно. Например мы приезжали погулять по городу, выходили в джинсах или спортивной одежде для удобства и чувствовали себя не в своей тарелке, так как в холле с утра до ночи все фотографируются в нарядах. Нужно все таки учитывать, что не всем комфортно на отдыхе ходить в вечерних платьях.

Очень уютный , чистый, комфортный отель. Персонал доброжелательный, вежливый и внимательный. Всё вопросы решались быстро с максимальным удобством для клиентов . Спасибо большое за теплый прием, обязательно остановимся в этом отеле в следующий раз.

Все очень замечательно. Единственный минус - это вода (мыло не мылится), но отель в этом не виноват. Очень рекомендую.
