We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. First of all, the hotel is absolutely stunning! The design is incredibly beautiful, and the staff was super helpful and kind! The rooms are large, spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you could need. Breakfast was fantastic with a great variety, and the hotel restaurants were delicious. The spa is really nice and definitely worth a try.

We would especially like to mention the amazing service of Rada, Tamara from the front desk, and Boris the concierge, who truly took care of our every request and provided service that was beyond excellent.

We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!

Boravak u hotelu Bristol u Beogradu bio je izvanredan i potpuno me oduševio. Lokacija je odlična, interijer lijepo uređen, sadržaji vrhunski, a osoblje izuzetno profesionalno i ljubazno. Doručak je bio izvrstan, a razina usluge na visokom nivou. Jedan je od najboljih hotela u kojima sam boravila.

Our stay at The Bristol Belgrade was truly one of the finest hotel experiences we have ever had, and over the years we have stayed in many luxury hotels around the world.

The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and meticulously maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and luxurious, the spa is relaxing and exceptionally well designed, and the breakfast was without question one of the best hotel breakfasts we have experienced anywhere in Europe—offering outstanding quality, variety, and presentation.

However, what truly sets this hotel apart is its people.

From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, you are surrounded by a level of hospitality that is increasingly rare to find. Every member of the team we encountered was professional, attentive, warm, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have the best possible experience.

This was not simply good service—it was exceptional hospitality. We have stayed at some of the world's most prestigious and expensive hotels, including renowned luxury brands, yet the level of personal attention and care we received at The Bristol Belgrade surpassed many of them.
