It’s one of the few properties I feel sad to leave
Pros:

Very good breakfast, and superb service there, at the bar and at front of house (including the concierge and bell-hops)

Cons:

Something currently beyond the hotel’s control: traffic management in the approach to the hotel

Beautiful hotel. Perfect place to stay in Belgrade.
Pros:

The propery was beautiful. Rooms were comfy. The staff was incredible.

Cons:

There was a wedding in the dining area and our room was over the DJ. Made sleeping hard but they worked hard to accommodate us and moved us to a different and nicer room.

Pros:

Интерьер лобби и библиотеки.

Cons:

Очень плохой сервис: очень долго реагируют на все просьбы: утюг ждали 40 минут - пришлось идти в другой одежде.
Кофе на завтраке можно ждать 15-20 минут..
Ужасный a la cart ресторан. Видимо, звезды Michelin продаются в обычных магазинах.
Напротив отеля идет стройка: сначала нас пытались заселить в номер с видом на строй площадку, потом дали с видом во двор-колодец….
