Pros:

sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service, besonders seitens der Rezeption; insgesamt sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel.

Cons:

derzeit noch Baustellen in der Nähe; das sollte überwiegend aber bald erledigt sein.

Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit freundlichem Empfang und einem schönen, komfortablen Zimmer.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, schönes und komfortables Zimmer. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Leider waren die Frühstückszeiten sowohl bei Booking.com als auch auf der Hotelwebseite und sogar im Aufzug mit Beginn ab 6:30 Uhr angegeben. Da wir um 7:00 Uhr zum Flughafen abreisen mussten, hatten wir gerade deshalb Frühstück mitgebucht. Vor Ort stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass das Frühstück erst um 7:00 Uhr beginnt. Somit hatten wir das Frühstück bezahlt, konnten es aber nicht nutzen.

Pros:

Шикарный отель! Я думаю, лучший в городе. Дизайн, сервис, персонал, завтрак - все на очень высоком уровне! Полностью соответствует 5*!

Cons:

Это не вина отеля, что вокруг идет масштабная реконструкция района.
Персонал очень старается чтобы гости минимально испытывали неудобства, связанные с ней.

Otelde renovasyon olmasına rağmen konfor üst düzeydeydi. Personelin nazik konukseverliği, hizmet kalitesi çok üst düzeydeydi. Her gün whatsapp üzerinden deneyimimizle ilgili bizimle iletişimde olunması ve sorulan sorulara hızlı yanıt verilmesi güven verdi. Yatak seçimi, temizlik, sabun ve şampuan marka kalitesi çok başarılı.

Pretty hotel
Pros:

It’s a very beautiful hotel with lovely staff, perhaps being Newly opened there’s some small glitches that will be fixed over time. Like in room dining not being taken right away and left overnight etc. I think overtime it will become a iconic place in BG.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet was 39 euro even for kids which I found a bit amusing. Roadworks from the city outside of hotel, which is not the hotels fault but made it a tiny bit more difficult.
