La grandeur de la chambre, la propreté irréprochable et les équipements (cafetière, bouilloire, peignoirs). La personne en charge du ménage est très consciencieuse et professionnel, elle est à l'écoute des clients. La piscine commune et le jacuzzi privatif sont très appréciés. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, très bon et complet.

Spacious and clean room with daily housekeeping. Coffee machine, swimming towels and bathrobes provided.
Situated a 10 minute walk from Fira. Restaurant options and supermarket a short walk from the property.
Prior contact by provider to arrange airport transfer (at extra cost) was appreciated.
Emillios who collected us from the airport was very welcoming and helpful. We also took the opportunity to take a private tour of the island with Emillios.

Beautiful spotless property, looks exactly like the photos. Quiet and private away from the noise of Fira. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Super clean, very quiet, very nice pool

Very nice and clean room with professional service. Nice breakfast. Good location a bit out of the town so nice and quiet, around 15minute walk into Fira, uphill on the way in but very doable. Relatively private as only around 4 rooms.

Property is well maintained and rooms are very clean. Greek girl who cleans the rooms deserve A+

Such a beautiful place to stay! Rooms were immaculate, the pool area is so lovely and peaceful. You can have the breakfast on your balcony/by the pool and it was cooked to order every morning and was always lovely. Staff were so accommodating and welcoming - we arrived after a 4am ferry and luckily could have our room straight away and they even gave us some breakfast which we felt was a lovely touch.
We hired a car for our trip and felt we may have struggled otherwise- closest bus stop was Fira which was around a 20 minute walk. Brilliant place if you’re looking for something a little quieter outside of the busy places!

Our stay at Bonsai Luxury Suites was perfect for our one night in Santorini! We loved that Bonsai offered a shuttle from the port to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. It made our travels quick and efficient. We were blown away by the private and romantic ambiance of the hotel — it felt tucked away from the loud and touristy parts but was still a walkable distance from the main attractions. The pool was a spectacular addition and perfect for cooling down during the hot day. Our room itself was modern and comfortable, with good air conditioning and a spacious bed and shower. The cherry on top of our stay was the delicious breakfast they served us on our patio/balcony which included pastries, yogurt, and other options on an order form. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at Bonsai if you are in Santorini and looking for a quiet and romantic escape!
